Tried Conturve after years of underwire agony and a bad back — needed something gentler. Proper support without the stabbing, though it took a couple of tweaks to fit, and it sits nicely, honestly.
Finally decent support, mostly
Funny start — needed new bras 'cause my dodgy back and awful old ones made life miserable. Delivery was really quick and customer service sorted my exchange, no bother. Fit still a bit off, slightly, sizes inconsistent and not much support, but overall pleased, honestly, still could be better though.
Surprisingly brilliant service
Funny thing, at sixty I didn't expect such friendly help — they guided me through sizes when I faffed about. Brilliant customer service, I'll stick with them. Had dodgy experiences elsewhere, this was a relief.
Nice fit, small doubts

Best non-wired fit I've tried

I got in touch with customer service midweek and Harriet (and her team) were calm, quick and actually helpful — offered choices, sent a replacement in a different colour straight away, no faff about returning the ill-fitting one. I'll put that spare to good use or donate it. Makes life easier knowing they sort you out when you need it. Proper relief, really.

Underwear for curvy ladies
I've been really impressed with the underwear they offer for curvy ladies at this company. The bras, camis, and knickers are not only comfy but also do a great job of smoothing out any problem areas and enhancing my figure. I've definitely seen an improvement in how my clothes fit and look when I wear their products. While the garments might not be the prettiest, they are super practical and get the job done. I do want to warn others about the Lacey knickers, though, as I found them to be a bit of an odd shape and not really suitable for what they're meant for. However, I've had great luck with their other panties, especially the high-waisted ones which are long but really good at keeping everything in place.
Fit Issue with First Purchase
I had a little problem with a purchase I made online recently. I'm only 5'2" tall, and the legs of the clothing I bought were way too long, coming down to my knees. It wasn't great, especially when I wanted to wear certain outfits. But, when I left a review saying how disappointed I was, the support team quickly sorted it out. They gave me a better option - some BoyShorts that fit much better. I'm really thankful for their effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
amended order
I had to change my order after placing it and I was really pleased with how helpful and quick the customer service team was. They made the changes without any bother and it has made me even more loyal to this company.
Incomplete Order
I was chuffed when the first part of my order arrived quickly, but it's been eight weeks now and I still haven't got the rest. Customer services are being useless and I'm £35 down at the moment.

The returns process at this store is a nightmare. I had to deal with automated messages at every turn, almost like they wanted me to give up on returning my purchase. It was so annoying and took forever, I was really let down by the customer service.
5 bras
I recently bought 5 bras and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the service I got. The bras came super fast and were packed really well. When I tried them on, they were so comfy, the comfiest ones I've ever had actually. I'd definitely suggest this shop to anyone looking for good quality underwear.
Shaping underwear purchase
I got some shaping underwear to try and make my middle look a bit slimmer, but it turns out they're too short for me - even though I'm only 5ft 7". The sizes were all wrong, and now I can't even return them because they were on sale. I suppose if I manage to lose some weight they might fit better, but who knows - by then, I might not even need them.
Comfy bras
These bras are absolutely fantastic! I've been searching for the perfect bra for ages and I've finally found it at this store. I'm 82 years old and have tried all kinds of bras, but these are definitely the most comfortable ones I've ever worn. They're also really reasonably priced! Even my 16-year-old great granddaughter wears them as tops with jeans because they're so cool. I would highly recommend these bras to anyone who wants both comfort and style.
