Delayed delivery
My parcel was meant to arrive on a certain day, but the courier company had trouble locating my address, even though they've delivered here in the past. I tried reaching out through chat and even called, but got no response. Eventually, I contacted the supplier and it turns out my parcel got lost on the way. The whole experience was really disappointing and unprofessional. I won't be using this courier company again for sure.

Holiday booking
I had a bit of a problem at first when they asked me to pay an extra £78 for the hotel room, even though I'd already paid for the holiday booking.
