Lounge booking experience
The customer service at this booking site is fantastic. I had a problem with a lounge reservation, not even their fault, but they sorted it out and talked to the lounge staff for me. I was really pleased to get a refund, all thanks to John and the team's speedy and effective help. I'll definitely be coming back because of their brilliant service.

Black Chenille Sweatshirt
I saw a celeb wearing a really cool sweatshirt in the paper, so I decided to check out the brand and came across The Couture Club. I ordered the black chenille sweatshirt that caught my eye and was really surprised by how quickly it was dispatched and delivered. The tracking info kept me in the loop and I got the sweatshirt within 24 hours. When I opened the package, I was blown away by the quality of the sweatshirt and felt it was definitely worth the price. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend both the clothes and the service from The Couture Club. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Monitoring app
I bought a monitoring app not long ago and I have to say, it was a complete let down! The whole process of installing it was a right pain because the instructions were so confusing. They made it sound like it could be done remotely, but actually, I had to get hold of the device I wanted to monitor and physically install the app myself. It was such a hassle and really inconvenient.

Wrong tyres sent, delayed resolution
I recently had a bit of a bad time with mytyres. I ordered a set of tyres for my son on the 15th of April, but when they finally arrived on the 24th of May, they were actually the wrong ones. Dealing with customer service was a real hassle because they only got back to me after I opened a dispute through PayPal. It took them a whole month from when I first made the order to come and collect the wrong tyres. All in all, it was pretty frustrating and took up a lot of my time, and now I don't have the best opinion of their efficiency and service as a company.
