Invisible phone access disappointing
I was really let down by the app because it didn't do what I thought - like keeping me invisible when I was checking my husband's phone. Plus, I wasn't sure if the info it gave me was even right, so I started looking for something else. That's when I found _realchecker on Instagram. Their services were just what I needed - they could give me live updates on where my husband was, his call history, even his social media chats. At first, I struggled to figure out that my phone had to be rooted for certain features. When I finally got it installed, I realised that only a few of them were actually working properly. Then, a few weeks later, when I logged in to check, I saw that the keylogger, Messenger, and Snapchat were working for a short time before suddenly stopping.
When I contacted customer service for more information, they told me that I needed to upgrade to their premium package. This wasn't even clearly stated on the website and I was surprised that I had to pay extra to regain access to those features. The keylogger still didn't work properly, which made me wonder if it was worth paying for additional services that should have been included in my current premium subscription. I tried to reset the app multiple times, but there was no improvement, so the application was basically useless.

I clicked on a few extra things and ended up being charged without knowing! The whole installation process was a nightmare and not what I had in mind. I tried to cancel immediately but they refused to give me a refund, such a rip-off!

Spy software purchase
Well, I decided to get this spy software to keep tabs on what my mates are getting up to. Ordering it was a breeze, and I splashed out on the priciest package thinking I'd be able to snoop on everyone. But, when I inquired about being able to monitor texts and iMessages when not on WiFi, the customer service rep didn't give me a proper answer and just ended the chat. Turns out, you can only see messages when you're in the same place and connected to the same WiFi. What's the use in that? Now I can't spy on anyone when I'm not nearby. The price was alright, but I wish I'd known that before splurging on the expensive package. At least the delivery was swift.

I was a bit unsure about trying out this service because of some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. Turns out, it wasn't a great idea. The customer service was really unprofessional and took ages to get back to me. Plus, I just couldn't get the product to work right. In the end, I found a better option on Instagram with a different provider. They sorted everything out for me, including stuff like WhatsApp and other messaging apps. You should definitely get in touch with them instead, they're much better.
