Excellent customer service
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service representative at Priority Booker, and I have to say, I was really impressed. This person, who I'll call 'John', really went the extra mile to help me with sorting out an issue I had with my airport lounge booking. Even though the company didn't acknowledge the problem, John took it upon himself to make sure I was happy as a customer. His professionalism and dedication to fixing the problem were really admirable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Priority Booker to others after this amazing customer service experience.

Don't let their friendly exterior fool you, this company is really good at dealing with changes to your booking. They quickly sorted out my request with a smile and prompt response. I'm really impressed!
Meet and Greet Parking Service Booking
I recently arranged a meet and greet parking service using this platform, but unfortunately, the whole thing was a bit of a disaster. When I got to the airport, the parking company I had booked with didn’t pick up any of my calls or messages. It was really frustrating as I’d already paid for everything through this platform. Both the parking company and the platform itself didn’t give me any help or information, which was really disappointing. I ended up having to find another parking spot last minute, and it cost me even more money which I wasn’t able to get back. To make matters worse, the platform didn’t give me any details for the new parking company that apparently took over my booking, so I was left feeling really confused and inconvenienced. In the end, the lack of communication, support, and responsibility from both the platform and the parking company meant I had a really negative experience as a customer.
Amended lounge arrival time
I just wanted to share that my experience with the team at Priority Booker was absolutely fantastic. I needed to change my lounge arrival time and had some problems dealing with the lounge directly. However, the staff at Priority Booker, particularly John, were quick to help and sorted everything out efficiently. I had to rearrange some dates, so I got in touch with them. They were really quick at making the changes and they even said I wouldn't be charged any extra. How awesome is that?
Mis-sold meet-and-greet parking
I was a bit miffed because I bought a meet-and-greet service at Terminal 2 in Manchester, but turns out they weren't doing it at the moment. Instead, the staff let us park in the multi-story parking, which we're not keen on because it has tight spaces and some reckless drivers. Thankfully, our car was undamaged, but it was still a bit of a letdown.

The customer service at this booking site is fantastic. I had a problem with a lounge reservation, not even their fault, but they sorted it out and talked to the lounge staff for me. Confusing booking process
I was proper miffed and let down after using this service. John was nice enough and gave me the lowdown on how things worked, but the whole thing just didn't cut it for me. Trying to book was a proper headache, and I couldn't figure out how to get hold of my membership info. Because of that, I ended up missing out on reserving a lounge and couldn't even make use of my membership on the day. It was a right pain, and I wish they'd made things clearer right from the get-go.
Loyalty discount cancellation
I was really annoyed when the car park I always use suddenly stopped giving me my loyalty discount without letting me know! It took them ages to even reply to my query about it. And then they mentioned some VIP scheme, but didn't really clarify it. All I wanted was my usual discount back, not some strange new thing. And their FAQ was so unclear, mentioning non-flexible products that they apparently don't offer. In the end, I got frustrated and made a booking with a different company. Farewell, old parking spot!

Gatwick Lounge Entry Booking
I have to say, I was a bit hesitant at first, but Priority Booker definitely earned that five-star rating from me this time. I was trying to get into the 1/Gateway Lounge at Gatwick North for me and a mate, and then I found this great deal from Priority Booker that I couldn't resist. I got everything booked just the day before easyJet went and cancelled a ton of flights, causing chaos for passengers. I had to change my Lounge reservation because of it. John from Priority Booker replied to me super quickly, and even mentioned some possible issues that could come up. I asked for a small change without messing up my booking, and John somehow managed to adjust my reservation perfectly to fit easyJet's new schedule. A huge thank you to John for being so helpful, he really saved the day.
