Items never arrived and all emsils ignored, i am now taking legal advice
Pretty decent, actually
Was wary at first — had nightmares about returns after other brands, but a washing fault was swapped for a new pair in days. Pleased, slightly surprised.
Proper moment
I knew I was sold the minute I tried it on — proper fit, solid fabric and real flair. Had dodgy buys elsewhere, but this one feels spot on.
Sorted, after a wobble
I’m mostly pleased — Olivia sorted it in the end, though I was sceptical at first. I rang the day my parcel didn’t arrive; she was patient, clear and efficient.

Quick fix, decent delivery
I picked the wrong refund option by mistake (gift card) — my fault. I contacted customer service and Olivia sorted it straight away, actually did it herself and kept me updated. Delivery was fine too, arrived when they said, overall. Been burned by other companies before, so it was a nice, straightforward change. Pleasant, quick and easy enough.
Nearly returned, then kept it

After a moan to customer chat they apologised and agreed to process the refund, so my irritation faded. Still, they should make the options clear up front.
Mixed bag — watch returns
Halfway through opening the boxes I realised two tops weren't the same size or shade. Delivery turned up on time and packaging was fine. The problem was the aftercare—support was curt, blamed me for a website glitch, which was awkward, and I ended up £66 down after paying return postage and a handling charge. I've had smoother returns with other shops. Not ideal, but the items themselves are usable.
Wrong size, right ending
I was opening the parcel thinking this would be straightforward — a sweatshirt for my partner, the right size for once. I’d ordered a UK8 because they wear snug fits and have had back issues, so fit mattered. Instead I got a UK10. Annoying, yes, but the thing that made me tense was the reaction from customer services. They accepted the mistake, apologised in a straightforward way and arranged a full refund including return postage. No more back-and-forth, no weird accusations. They even offered a small gesture to acknowledge the hassle. That simple, calm handling changed everything. I left the whole thing feeling relieved rather than annoyed. It wasn’t perfect to start with, and I wouldn’t say the first contact was great, but the resolution was fair and prompt once it reached the right person. If you value a clear fix over hours of needless email, this is worth knowing. I’m satisfied because they fixed it properly in the end, and that honest, quick resolution mattered to me.
T-shirt with loose stitching
I was so disappointed with what I got from this store recently. I thought the T-shirt I bought would be top-notch, but I was so surprised to see all the loose stitching around the shoulders. It looked like it wouldn't last long at all. And the fit and feel of the shirt weren't great either, it felt really cheap and not nice to wear. I definitely thought I'd be getting better quality for what I paid.
Hoodie and joggers for granddaughter's birthday
The things I bought were just right for my granddaughter's birthday present. The website was so easy to use, making the shopping quick and hassle-free. Faulty item received
I bought something from this company and it turned out to be faulty. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they couldn't offer compensation for returns. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't choose to receive a faulty item. They also said that even if I sent it back, I'd only get a refund, not a replacement. So I'd end up losing out on the cost of the item and the international shipping. Compared to smaller companies, their service was really not up to scratch.
Fast delivery, great quality, lovely fabric, nice fit
I just wanted to share that I've recently bought something and I was really impressed with how everything went. The delivery was super quick, and the clothes are top quality. Black baseball cap purchase
I bought this black baseball cap from your shop and I must say, the quality is top-notch and the design is spot on. However, I'm really let down by the overpowering smell that comes with it. I've tried everything to get rid of it, but no luck so far. It's a shame because I genuinely liked the cap, but the smell is just too much to handle.
Knit pants purchase
As a new customer at The Couture Club, I recently bought a pair of knit pants and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality and fit. The material is top-notch and the pants fit perfectly. I am definitely thinking about buying more items from this brand. Living in Jordan, I was a bit unsure about the shipping, but I chose DHL Express and it turned out great. The product arrived in just 3 or 4 days, smoothly going through customs without any problems. All in all, I had a great experience with this brand and their shipping service.

I've bought quite a few clothes from this company. Overall, I've been pretty happy with my purchases, but there have been a couple of times when the quality wasn't great. Some items had dodgy print or material quality, which was a letdown. Despite these problems, I still really like this company. The designs are fantastic and the clothes are one-of-a-kind, which keeps me coming back to their website again and again.

I was well chuffed when the clothes I ordered from this brand turned up not long after ordering them. It's always proper lush when what you hope for actually happens! The design, quality, and price of the items are spot on. This brand has been my go-to for at least a year now, especially for tracksuit bottoms, hoodies, and sweatshirts. Over the moon with my purchase this time, 101% happy.
Set purchase with leggings
The outfit I bought was really nice in general, but I was a bit let down by the leggings. The stitching on them wasn't great, with some parts not properly sewn and coming apart down the leg. I was hoping for better quality considering how much I spent on them.
