T-shirt with loose stitching
I was so disappointed with what I got from this store recently. I thought the T-shirt I bought would be top-notch, but I was so surprised to see all the loose stitching around the shoulders. It looked like it wouldn't last long at all. And the fit and feel of the shirt weren't great either, it felt really cheap and not nice to wear. I definitely thought I'd be getting better quality for what I paid.
Hoodie and joggers for granddaughter's birthday
The things I bought were just right for my granddaughter's birthday present. The website was so easy to use, making the shopping quick and hassle-free. The delivery came surprisingly quickly, and my granddaughter was over the moon with the hoodie and joggers. The quality and design of the items were excellent, so it was worth every penny. All in all, I was really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.
Faulty item received
I bought something from this company and it turned out to be faulty. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they couldn't offer compensation for returns. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't choose to receive a faulty item. They also said that even if I sent it back, I'd only get a refund, not a replacement. So I'd end up losing out on the cost of the item and the international shipping. Compared to smaller companies, their service was really not up to scratch.
Fast delivery, great quality, lovely fabric, nice fit
I just wanted to share that I've recently bought something and I was really impressed with how everything went. The delivery was super quick, and the clothes are top quality. The material feels really nice on the skin, and the fit is just perfect. I can tell that a lot of care and skill went into making the items I bought. Black baseball cap purchase
I bought this black baseball cap from your shop and I must say, the quality is top-notch and the design is spot on. However, I'm really let down by the overpowering smell that comes with it. I've tried everything to get rid of it, but no luck so far. It's a shame because I genuinely liked the cap, but the smell is just too much to handle.
Knit pants purchase
As a new customer at The Couture Club, I recently bought a pair of knit pants and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality and fit. The material is top-notch and the pants fit perfectly. I am definitely thinking about buying more items from this brand. Living in Jordan, I was a bit unsure about the shipping, but I chose DHL Express and it turned out great. The product arrived in just 3 or 4 days, smoothly going through customs without any problems. All in all, I had a great experience with this brand and their shipping service.
Various clothing items
I've bought quite a few clothes from this company. Overall, I've been pretty happy with my purchases, but there have been a couple of times when the quality wasn't great. Some items had dodgy print or material quality, which was a letdown. Despite these problems, I still really like this company. The designs are fantastic and the clothes are one-of-a-kind, which keeps me coming back to their website again and again.

I was well chuffed when the clothes I ordered from this brand turned up not long after ordering them. It's always proper lush when what you hope for actually happens! The design, quality, and price of the items are spot on. This brand has been my go-to for at least a year now, especially for tracksuit bottoms, hoodies, and sweatshirts. Over the moon with my purchase this time, 101% happy.
Set purchase with leggings
The outfit I bought was really nice in general, but I was a bit let down by the leggings. The stitching on them wasn't great, with some parts not properly sewn and coming apart down the leg. I was hoping for better quality considering how much I spent on them.
Excellent quality clothing with great fits

I recently bought three t-shirts from this shop, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the material they used. The fabrics were top-notch, much better than what you'd normally get from high-street brands. The prices were fair too, considering how good the products were. Awesome clothes
I absolutely adore the stuff I received - it's seriously cool and looks so stylish. The delivery was insanely quick, I hardly had time to complete my homework before it showed up. Quality purchase, good service, out of stock
I recently bought some stuff from this shop and although there were a few hiccups with some items not being available, I have to admit that the service I got was top-notch. I needed a range of sizes for my order and was a bit gutted to find out that the shorts I wanted to pair with the jumper I bought were out of stock. It was a shame not knowing when they'd be back, but I was really impressed with how the customer service team handled the situation. Despite this little hiccup, I went ahead and ordered more stuff from the shop, and I have to say that the quality of the products actually exceeded my expectations.
Cute clothes
The clothes here are really cute and always fit me well. I do enjoy shopping here, but it would be great if they did free returns like ASOS. I've only had to send something back once, but it was a bit of a hassle.
Knitted joggers in beige xxs
The beige xxs knitted joggers I bought were really nice. They fit perfectly and the material is high quality. I can't wait to wear them and show them off. I'm really happy with my purchase overall.
Black Chenille Sweatshirt
I saw a celeb wearing a really cool sweatshirt in the paper, so I decided to check out the brand and came across The Couture Club. I ordered the black chenille sweatshirt that caught my eye and was really surprised by how quickly it was dispatched and delivered. The tracking info kept me in the loop and I got the sweatshirt within 24 hours. When I opened the package, I was blown away by the quality of the sweatshirt and felt it was definitely worth the price. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend both the clothes and the service from The Couture Club. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Black trousers
I bought these black trousers and the first time I wore them I had a problem! But then this girl Olivia from customer service was a huge help and sorted it out so fast! I love the trousers so much that I ended up ordering another pair because they're just too cool ❤️
Next day delivery disappointment
I bought some clothes the other day and chose next day delivery because I needed them in a hurry. It's been more than a day now since I placed my order and still no sign of the clothes. I'm starting to think they won't arrive in time for my holiday this week. This delay is really frustrating and disappointing because I was counting on the speedy delivery service.
Tracksuit, disappointing quality, store credit.
I bought a tracksuit from this company the other day, and I have to say I was pretty let down by the quality. I only wore it once and already the material was starting to bobble, which was really unexpected considering how much it cost me.
