I recently bought three t-shirts from this shop, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the material they used. The fabrics were top-notch, much better than what you'd normally get from high-street brands. The prices were fair too, considering how good the products were. When my order arrived, I was happy to see that each item was carefully wrapped in plastic bags to make sure they didn't get damaged during delivery. Plus, everything came on time, which made my experience even better. Overall, I couldn't find anything wrong and I'm already thinking about coming back for more stuff in the future. I recently bought some stuff from this shop and although there were a few hiccups with some items not being available, I have to admit that the service I got was top-notch. I needed a range of sizes for my order and was a bit gutted to find out that the shorts I wanted to pair with the jumper I bought were out of stock. It was a shame not knowing when they'd be back, but I was really impressed with how the customer service team handled the situation. Despite this little hiccup, I went ahead and ordered more stuff from the shop, and I have to say that the quality of the products actually exceeded my expectations.
T-shirt with loose stitching
I was so disappointed with what I got from this store recently. I thought the T-shirt I bought would be top-notch, but I was so surprised to see all the loose stitching around the shoulders. It looked like it wouldn't last long at all. And the fit and feel of the shirt weren't great either, it felt really cheap and not nice to wear. Faulty item received
I bought something from this company and it turned out to be faulty. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they couldn't offer compensation for returns. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't choose to receive a faulty item. They also said that even if I sent it back, I'd only get a refund, not a replacement. So I'd end up losing out on the cost of the item and the international shipping. Compared to smaller companies, their service was really not up to scratch.
Black baseball cap purchase
I bought this black baseball cap from your shop and I must say, the quality is top-notch and the design is spot on. However, I'm really let down by the overpowering smell that comes with it. I've tried everything to get rid of it, but no luck so far. It's a shame because I genuinely liked the cap, but the smell is just too much to handle.

Set purchase with leggings
The outfit I bought was really nice in general, but I was a bit let down by the leggings. The stitching on them wasn't great, with some parts not properly sewn and coming apart down the leg. I was hoping for better quality considering how much I spent on them.
