Recent online t-shirt purchase
Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience recently when I bought a t-shirt online. I was told it would arrive by the 21-23rd December, but it still hasn't shown up even though that date has come and gone. When I checked my order number, it said my order was still processing. I tried to cancel it, but was told it had already been sent out, even though the website said otherwise. It's worrying that there is no contact number or email for help with this problem. I feel like I have no other option than to report this company for being unreliable.

Black skinny jeans and a white blouse
I walked into this place feeling all confident about coming out looking stunning from head to toe, but boy was I wrong! The staff were friendly enough, I'll give them that. What really bothers me is the poor quality of the stuff I bought. Got myself some black skinny jeans and a white blouse, and initially, I thought I was rocking the look. But after wearing them a couple of times, the seams on the jeans started coming apart and the blouse lost its shape. They're literally falling apart in front of me! And let's not even talk about the prices - definitely not worth it. Feeling so let down.

Birthday gift delivery
I was really let down by the service I received when I ordered a birthday present from this company. The delivery took ages, and even though I was told a specific time for it to arrive, it somehow ended up at a depot miles away from where it was meant to go. This meant that it missed the actual birthday it was meant for – what a disaster! It seems like other people have had problems with their customer service too, which makes me worried about having to send anything back in the future. My order number is UK02088003.
