Delayed delivery and refund process
I bought something recently, but I'm really not happy about it because it's taking forever to be delivered and sorted out for a refund. It's been 26 days since I ordered a rug, but it still hasn't turned up. I've tried getting in touch with customer service, but I've not heard anything about where my order is. I also found out that I can't get a refund until the package comes back, even though the rug didn't even make it through customs.

Lengthy transfer, missed flight
My journey took a lot longer than expected - it ended up being 8 hours instead of the 3 hours I was told it would be. To make matters worse, the coach I was on didn't even have a toilet. Missing my flight on the way back because of traffic was really frustrating and just not on. But fair play to the airport representatives, they did a good job of letting us know what was going on and sorting out new flights for us.

Christmas wreath purchase
I was absolutely delighted to finally come across the Christmas wreath I'd been searching high and low for, which seemed to be sold out everywhere else. Luckily, I stumbled upon the very last one being sold on Trouva by a quaint little independent shop. My purchase from &Quirky in Berkhamstead was everything I had hoped for. Despite ordering it on a Sunday evening, the wreath arrived promptly and was at my doorstep by Tuesday. The service provided by Trouva and &Quirky was top-notch, and I was genuinely amazed by how quickly and efficiently the delivery was handled.
