Brake pads and discs
I recently bought some brake pads and discs from this company, and I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of the products. The website was easy to use, and I found what I needed quickly. However, I had some problems when trying to place my order online. I ended up calling the local branch for help, but the customer service was a bit rude and not very helpful, which was a shame. Despite this, I would still think about purchasing from them again in the future, but I really hope they work on improving their customer service.

Leather-like jackets
I bought two jackets that look like leather and one was mysteriously refunded without any explanation, hence the 4-star rating. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, and it turns out the jacket was actually available so there was no need for the refund. They did apologise and gave me a 10% discount on my next order, which helped with the postage costs of reordering the jacket. The jackets themselves are perfect and just what I was looking for, so I will definitely be ordering from them again. Just remember to keep an eye on your payment method in case any refunds happen unexpectedly.

Oversized tyre purchase
I recently bought a big tyre for an upgrade on my vehicle, but the delivery was a total nightmare. It was meant to arrive in 3 days, but it actually took 3 weeks. This messed up all my plans for getting my car sorted. Despite the delay, I went ahead and got the tyre fitted, adjusted my suspension, and made space for it. Then I thought I'd order a set of 4 tyres with the hope they'd arrive in 3 days. Nope, they took a whopping 13 days to get here. The whole service was really disappointing and left me feeling really frustrated.

Speedy service but spoiled by cropped photograph
The service was quick, but I was a bit let down by the photo on my cards. The sun in my image was in the corner, but on the printed cards, it got cut off. It might not be a big deal for some, but it really mattered to me and affected how the cards looked.
