    SIM card purchase

    I've been using this SIM card for absolutely ages, you know, a whole 5 years! I really love it, it's amazing. The data seems to last forever, it's like magic! Unfortunately, I've had to say goodbye because now I have to start paying for my phone every month. It's kind of like breaking up with your best friend, isn't it? The customer service is fantastic too, I've never had any problems they couldn't sort out. I'll really miss you, SIM card, you were like my little baby 🥺❤️

    Speedy and efficient service

    I really love the values of this company - it's great to see a company that genuinely values its customers. The customer service is excellent, with helpful and responsive staff who really go the extra mile. The speed of service is impressive, with quick responses to any questions or problems. Even the AI technology they use is better than some human customer service reps I've come across before. Overall, I am really impressed and grateful for the amazing service this company has provided.

    Needed storage space

    I was in a bit of a pickle with all my stuff piling up at home, so I decided to look for some storage space. Safestore came to the rescue! They had a fab offer where I got 8 weeks at half price, which was a real money-saver. The customer service was top-notch, they guided me to the ideal storage unit for all my bits and bobs. The storage place itself was mega tidy and dead easy to get to. I'd definitely give them a solid 5 stars!

    The stuff I got were way smaller than what I actually wanted. It wasn't a big deal because I was planning to swap them anyway. But then time passed so quickly, and all of a sudden, I was a week late for the returns. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask if I could still swap them, even if I had to pay for the delivery. It was my fault, I went over the time limit, after all. But they told me that once you miss the deadline, they can't really help you as they don't have to. I'm not sure why they don't want to help their customers, but it seems like they only do when they're forced to. (Just to be clear, the EU says online shops need to give a 14-day return policy, so I don't think they'd do it out of the kindness of their hearts).
