Three items cancelled due to lack of availability
I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I ordered three items that were meant to be in stock on their website, but then I got an email two days later saying they were all cancelled because they didn't actually have them. What a waste of my time and energy! If they don't have the items, they shouldn't pretend to customers that they do. It's a shame because the company has a good idea, but they failed big time in making it work. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again and I'll be cancelling my account.

Cycling apparel purchase
I recently bought some cycling gear and I was really disappointed with it. The quality was so bad, the stuff started falling apart after just a few rides. It's a shame because this brand is supposed to be popular, but honestly, their products are just rubbish. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants good, long-lasting cycling gear. It feels like a total waste of money and now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from them in the future.

Olive quartz ring purchase
I just wanted to share my experience with this company - it was really good! At first, my order didn't turn up, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly and gave me a voucher for my next purchase. So I decided to get the olive quartz ring again and it came super fast. The colour of the stone was even better than I expected, and it's just so beautiful. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
