Decking materials purchase
I bought some decking materials from that place not long ago, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the staff. They knew their stuff and paid close attention to what I needed. They helped me pick out the best materials for my little project and guided me through the whole process. Thanks to their knowledge, I managed to finish my decking in record time!
Joist and delivery service
Recently, I bought some joists from Beatsons Building Supplies and decided to have them delivered. Sadly, I had a big problem with the delivery driver because they went to the wrong address. This not only caused me inconvenience but also led to one of the joists I ordered getting broken while being unloaded.

Used Beatsons a while ago. Slow. Now ordered £358 supplies. No communication , paid by Amazon pay they took the money now when log in says “order refunded”. No communication , no goods, no refund. No consultation. I want the goods. Now I need to wait on either refund or goods but urgent soakaway repairs needs done not buying from elsewhere. On investigation who is the MD / CEO of Beatson’s come out from under your rock and sort your Customer Service. Will NEVER use Beatson’s again and ensure that everyone in the trade and public know how terrible they are. AWFUL, DIABOLICAL, IGNORANT.
