Lack of customer service
I went to this place and it felt like I was invisible. I mean, seriously! Shouldn't vets be all about taking care of animals? They really need to step up their game. Why can't they have someone answer the phone or help you book an appointment for your pet? It's just not on.
My pet supplies
They never pick up the phone at this place, it's really frustrating and disappointing. I mean, what's the point of being open if you're not going to answer the phone, you know? Personally, I think the RSPCA was a lot better, sorry.
Vet Services
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this place. I had to go through all the trouble of signing up online, only to not know if my pets could be seen. I waited and waited for a response that never came, while my pet rat got sicker and sadly passed away. I had another pet with a foot infection, but I had to find private care because of the lack of communication and support from this place. It's been really tough on me financially, especially since I'm off work for health reasons and only getting limited benefits. I feel really let down and abandoned by this service.
