Weight loss programme
I found out I was pre-diabetic and realised I needed to tweak my lifestyle a bit. The weight loss programme I've been using has really helped me out, even at the age of 70. The scales are spot-on and the recipes in the book are delicious and perfect for family dinners. The support from the pros has been a big help, especially since I can get it through the NHS. All in all, I reckon this programme is top-notch - it's definitely doing the trick for me.
New healthy habits
I'm really excited about how this place is making a difference in my life! I've been here for just 3 weeks but I'm already noticing some positive changes. The guidance from my coach is incredibly useful and I enjoy interacting with everyone in the group, although I wish more individuals would participate. I feel more self-assured in my outfits as I begin to opt for healthier options that are yielding great results. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Whether it's my own dishes or recipes from this place, I relish every mouthful.
