    Birthday flowers order

    I recently ordered a bunch of flowers for my partner's birthday as a surprise. They arrived on time as promised, which was great. However, when my partner opened them, she was really disappointed. Some of the flowers were missing their heads and were just placed in the box like that. The bouquet was meant to be big, but what we got was quite small and didn't seem worth the money we spent. I get that there are delivery costs to think about, but even when you factor that in, I could have got a similar bunch from the supermarket for way less.

    Late delivery for mother's birthday

    I ordered a lovely flower bouquet for my mum's birthday and paid for next day delivery so it would get to her on time. However, it arrived a day late, which was a bit of a let-down and hassle. I had to rush to a nearby florist to get a replacement bouquet, and it made me wish I'd just gone there in the first place. The whole thing was annoying and definitely not what I had in mind when I decided to use an online flower delivery service. Long story short, I won't be using them again.

    Late delivery for birthday flowers

    It was nearly 4:30 in the afternoon when we got there, and the party was winding down, a bit of a shame considering it was for an older family member. That package we got was the 181st one, and it felt like it was the last drop-off for the day. Next time, I'd suggest going with a courier service nearer to the destination to prevent any more hold-ups. Cheers.

    Missed delivery

    I ordered some flowers on the 4th of September, hoping for them to arrive on the same day as promised. I was really looking forward to surprising my Sister for her birthday on the 5th, but the flowers never showed up on time. I placed the order while I was in Florida, USA and I had complete faith that the flowers would be delivered without any issues. However, it's now the 9th and there's still no sign of the flowers. I'm really frustrated that they didn't make it in time, and it was so embarrassing to miss such an important occasion.

    I decided to cancel the order because of the delayed delivery and the disappointment of missing my Sister's birthday. The company offered to send a replacement, but it didn't make sense to me since they couldn't even deliver the original order on time. I was really let down by their misleading advertising, which made me believe that I could count on them for a prompt delivery. I really wish I had stuck with my usual florist, eflorist, because this whole experience has been a huge letdown.

    I ordered some flowers for my mum's birthday and decided to pay a bit extra for next day delivery because, typical me, I had left it to the last minute. When the flowers turned up, I was really let down! They didn't even resemble the pictures on the website and were all droopy and sorry-looking. It was as if they had been left out in the sun for a week before being sent out. My mum wasn't happy at all and I felt like such a terrible daughter. Cheers, delivery company!

    Flowers and chocolates delivery

    I was really disappointed with the delivery service. The flowers looked half dead, but hopefully they'll perk up now they're in water. I made it clear that the recipient is diabetic and asked for no chocolates, but they were still included in the delivery. I can send a photo as evidence if necessary. All in all, I'm pretty unsatisfied with how it all went.

    Beautiful bunch of flowers

    Ordering was quick and simple, I was informed all the way about the delivery and they arrived the very next day. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, a large bunch and still in bud. My friend was over the moon with them. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it to others.

    Flowers delivered on wrong day

    I haven't received an email confirmation for my order, even though I've tried contacting them several times. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, even though I made sure to specify the correct day when I placed the order online. Because of this, the person I got the flowers for didn't receive them when I wanted them to. I'm now in the process of trying to get my money back, but it's becoming a real pain. I would advise steering clear of this company - they might be inexpensive, but the hassle just isn't worth it.
