    Revolution medication

    I ordered Revolution medication from this company, but I got a generic brand instead which was a bit disappointing. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't take it back which I thought was quite unprofessional and dodgy. My overall experience with this company wasn't great and I would recommend others to steer clear of buying from them.

    Revolution for my pet

    I bought Revolution for my pet from this place, and oh my goodness, it was such a big mistake! Can you believe it took ages for my package to show up, and when it finally did, it was a total knock-off. I made sure to order Revolution specifically, not some cheap knock-off brand. So, when I got in touch with their customer service to sort it out, they basically said "tough luck, that's what you got". Can you believe it? I even sent them my receipt twice to prove I didn't order the generic stuff, but they weren't interested. In the end, I had to take my complaint to the BBB because this place is just a big con. I should have just stuck with Canada Vet, they never send out rubbish products. Lesson definitely learned!

    Pet medication purchase

    I bought some medication for my pet from an online store not too long ago. I was really let down when they sent me a generic brand instead of the one I actually paid for. To make matters worse, this generic brand was worth way less than what I forked out. When I tried to sort things out with the company, they flat out refused to deal with the problem. It's so annoying to be ripped off like that and get no support or solution.

    I bought my dog's usual medication from an online pet pharmacy not long ago. The first order I got was not what I asked for - it was a generic brand. When I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, they said they sent the right medication. That confused me because their website doesn't mention generic brands and the photo of the product matched what I wanted. I felt unsure about whether the medication was safe and of good quality since I couldn't find any details about it online. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they wouldn't refund me, even though I said I'd send the unopened medication back. To top it all off, my second order didn't turn up, and the customer service team was no help at all. They told me it was already shipped but wouldn't give me any tracking details.

    Slow shipping experience

    I had a really bad time with this online pet store recently. I ordered some stuff and waited eagerly for them to arrive. But after 3 weeks, nothing had been sent out. Every time I spoke to customer service, they gave me a different excuse for the hold-up. It was only when I insisted on cancelling my order that they did anything about it, and even then, it took another 2 weeks to sort it out. Their inefficiency and poor communication really isn't good enough.
