    Flea/tick and heartworm/hookworm preventative pet meds

    I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. I know some people might have had bad experiences, but I wanted to share my positive one. I choose to order from them because I don't want the hassle of getting a prescription for my pet's flea/tick and heartworm/hookworm meds. It's not only convenient but also cheaper. At first, I accidentally ordered the generic HartGard for my dog. When it arrived in generic packaging, I realised my mistake. I spoke with a helpful representative who quickly sorted out a refund and even offered me the brand-name meds instead. I decided to stick with the generic version. Though my dog struggled with the large tablet, I found ways to hide it in balls of cheddar cheese. Since then, I've been buying NexGard and HartGard from them every year. I'm thankful for their great service, convenience, and cost-effectiveness. I'm sure there are many other happy customers like me, even though negative reviews are more common. Overall, I really recommend trying them out.

    My experience with UsaPetExpress was actually quite nice. At first, I was a bit worried because I saw some bad reviews online, but after I made my order for flea and tick prevention stuff, I got two emails confirming everything pretty quickly. I was waiting for a phone call to check my address, but that never happened, and that made me a bit anxious. I didn't get a tracking number either, so I didn't know when my package would come. But today when I checked my mailbox, there it was - the right product, which was a relief because I was worried it might be a generic version. Even though it took about 3 weeks for the delivery, I'm happy with how everything turned out.

    Oh my gosh, I've been receiving things from them for ages and it's always been great! Sometimes my order takes a bit longer to arrive, but that's just due to the border and stuff, so I can handle that. I usually order Nuheart, which is similar to Heartguard but cheaper. I trust their generic products because the expiration dates are always good. Once my order got held up at the Canadian border, but they sorted it out and even sent me another order while I waited for the first one. So cool!

    I really wish I'd clocked on to the warning signs earlier before getting caught out by this dreadful company. They ended up sending me the completely wrong product, and when I tried to get some help, all I got back was a dismissive response claiming it wasn't their fault. They didn't offer any customer service at all to try and sort out the problem, and now I'm out of pocket by $100. So, be warned and steer well clear of this dodgy company.
