My mum and I had a fantastic time with blow LTD. We decided to get a massage and Suzanna was the one who did it for us. She was really gentle, polite, and nice. I recently had a lovely eyelash treatment from Victoria, who is a skilled professional. She was pleasant and very professional throughout the whole process. Having the treatment in the comfort of my own home was a nice touch, it made me feel relaxed and able to enjoy the experience. The fact that it was a gift from my boss made the whole experience even better. I am now thinking about using Blow LTD services again in the future, maybe even buying gift vouchers for my friends as I think it's a great idea.

I really enjoyed my pampering session with Blow at home. Having Antonia come to my house to give me a Decleor facial was so convenient. She did a fantastic job creating a luxurious spa atmosphere right in my own home. The Decleor facial felt like a special treat and left my skin feeling refreshed and renewed. It was a really indulgent experience that left me feeling amazing. If you want a convenient and luxurious beauty treatment, I definitely suggest booking a session with Blow.
Blow dry at home
I went ahead and booked a blow dry at home after my friend recommended this fantastic service to me. I have to say, I really wish I had tried it out earlier! It was such a treat to have a lovely lady come to my house with all her hair tools and work her magic on my hair. I just sat at my dining table doing my homework while she made my hair look fabulous. The blow dry lasted for ages, and I received so many compliments on it. I just want to say a big thank you!

Oh my goodness, Monika was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly professional, lovely, and extremely talented at styling hair. She really paid attention to what I wanted and even had some great ideas herself. I felt like royalty at my special occasion all thanks to her. Waxing appointment experience
I recently made a booking for a waxing appointment with this service, but I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I stayed at home waiting for my appointment time, but no one got in touch with me, even though I got an email confirmation. I tried to contact the technician or support through the app, but I couldn't reach anyone. Then I got an email saying that the beautician had tried to contact me and waited for half an hour, which definitely didn't happen. On top of that, I was charged a hefty £75 for a service that I never got, and I still can't get hold of anyone by phone for a refund or an explanation. I've used this company before the pandemic and had a good experience, but the current situation seems really dodgy. I'd strongly recommend that others avoid using them.

The app is so easy to use and booking appointments is a doddle. I've had both manicures and massages and I've always been really impressed with the service and products they use. If there are any little issues, the customer service team sorts them out really quickly.

At-home blowdry service
I recently arranged for a blowdry service to come to my home, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. They sent me a text in the morning saying they couldn't find someone in time for my appointment and asked to reschedule. I couldn't make the new time, so I ended up falling asleep. Later on, a Blow employee woke me up for my original appointment. Thankfully, the stylist named Georgina was understanding and waited for me to shower before starting the blowdry. She did a good job, but overall, the experience felt rushed and not very relaxing. When you pay for an at-home service, you expect to be pampered, not hurried through.
OPI Gel Manicure with Somaya
I had a great time with Somaya when I got my first OPI Gel Manicure at the salon. She was on time, had everything ready, and had loads of different colours to choose from. Somaya was really nice, knew her stuff, and gave me some really good tips during the appointment. I would definitely suggest her as a professional at this salon.

The treatments at this place are absolutely fantastic! I really appreciate how easy it is to book appointments whenever I feel like it, and the therapists are all top-notch. I've had massages, waxing, and nails done here, and I just can't get enough because the quality is always excellent.

Home blow dry experience
I had my first blow dry at home with a friend before a wedding recently, and it was really nice. We got two professionals to come over and they both did a great job. My friend had makeup and a blow dry and she looked amazing. It might cost a bit more than at a salon, but being at home was so much easier and more comfortable. It's definitely worth it for special occasions.
