My experience with the airport transfer service was surprisingly lovely. The driver was on time and waiting for us as soon as we landed, which was a huge relief after a long flight. Not only was the driver really nice and helpful, but they even went the extra mile by stopping along the way to get us a bottle of water and an ice cream. This kind gesture made the journey even better. We got to our hotel without any issues, with plenty of time to relax before dinner. I was really impressed by how well the service was organised and how much attention was paid to details. Big congratulations to the team! 👏
Comfortable and reliable transport
The journey from the airport was really good, the bus was big and the driver was really relaxed, making it a nice trip. The price was fair and I felt like it was worth it. But when we got to the meeting point at the airport, it was a bit chaotic. It would be better if they had clearer signs to show people where to go. The service was good overall, but they could definitely improve how they organise things at the airport.
Outward trip - careful & prompt driver, return trip - white knuckle ride
The journey out on 27th April was great! The driver was careful and arrived promptly, even though he wasn't quite sure where the hotel entrance was. He made sure to find it and let the office know for their records. The return trip, on the other hand, was completely different. The driver was on time but showed up in a small car rather than the premier option we had booked, which could barely fit our 3 suitcases. The drive to the airport was stressful, with the driver relying on the Sat Nav and his phone while driving, often drifting into the middle of the road with just one hand on the wheel. He was a nice young man, but his driving skills were worrying. We did get to the airport on time, but the journey back was a bit scary.

I hopped in a taxi and it was fantastic! It arrived promptly, the driver was super helpful, the car was lovely, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and I'll be using their service again next time we're on holiday.

:holiday taxi' transfer in Malta pick up on the 25th July 2023 did not meet the required standard. The mini bus did not have secure usable working seat belts. The rubber around the door was damage and falling of and the air-con was insufficient for the climate on the day.
The return taxi on the 30th July 2023 However, was completely different. The driver was professional, the car was clean and the air con worked adequately for the current climate on the day. The driver was very helpful with our suitcases.Airport and hotel transport services
It was a nice experience using Holiday Taxis for my shuttles when I visited Spain for the first time. The feeling was great because I practically received every comfort I was supposed to receive from the services of Holiday Taxis, from airport pickup, hotel drop off, city tour, visit to tourist sites and more. All these were handled by professional hands and with amount considered affordable in the industry. So after such nice experiences, I felt I owe Holiday Taxis and the only way I could be paying the company back is by rebroadcasting, writing good reviews about the company and as well as recommending others who need good airport and hotel transport services worldwide to the company. I will still use them whenever I have to
