Do not order from these conartists, they lie, in stock doesn't mean that you will receive it. I contacted them after 9 days and was told my order hadn't been processed correctly, so it hadn't been sent and wouldn't be for a couple of days. I requested a refund and told them I had ordered elsewhere. Emma told me no problem and they were sorry a refund was being processed. My goods arrived cheaper and the next day (thanks Amazon) and then low and behold 5 days later they had sent my order and it arrived. They may think they have beaten me and have got one over on me as I have run out of energy to try again to return and refund, however I am going to make sure I cost them much more than they got from me.

Ordered some items on the 29th of November for next day delivery, well i contacted after a few days, to ask where the items were, was assured and promised it would be there next day... Well few more days go by, contacted again same promises and assurances, I said I need it before the weekend as it's part of a birthday present. they promised and assured it would be here. well it's well past the weekend it's the 6/12/22 When I contacted them for a refund they didn't seem that bit bothered about messing me around, I even said I have to keep chasing you up. It's unprofessional, I am so done with FFX never again! I have to wait for my refund now. Terrible service.

Absolutely awful customer service!!!!
Found the product online and bought as a gift for a family member. When ordering this product, the website gave 2 options for each size but with no clear difference between each size so when ordering a size 46, I have had to guess which colour I am getting because it does not say if the ones I have chosen are white or black.
When ordering, the email confirmation I received stated that I would receive a track and trace code when my order had been shipped. It took 14 days to get my track and trace code and I only got it because I opened a ticket through my account. If you do decide to order an item from them, make sure you open a ticket to speak with them because they just completely ignore emails that you send in to the email they give.
I thought this would be the end at this point but how wrong I was!
Using the track and trace code given, to my surprise I then found that they had sent my item to a completely different address to what I had put down for my shipping address. I did check the details I had saved and I HAD put down the correct address but clearly someone who works for Wintersport-store decided to 'face roll' the keyboard it seems and make up an address instead.
I am now left trying to sort out this mess because the customer service is that poor it makes a homeless individual look rich! I have tried to contact them again and it seems they cant give me an answer as to why they have done what they've done because they just leave the ticket as 'Unanswered'. I still do not have my item nor do I expect to get it because of the incompetent staff at Wintersport-store who cannot put down a correct address. Will I try and get a refund? What is the point! trade-in
Sent a two-year-old Galaxy S10+ to musicMagpie as a trade-in. Was quoted £135. Phone was in excellent condition, just a few minor scuffs, as you'd expect from a used phone. Once they received the phone, the quote was lowered to £35 due to a "cracked or smashed screen." I've had issues with trade-in companies before whereby they claim damage to reduce the quote in the hope that you accept. I had my suspicions, declined their offer and received the phone back. Sure enough, the screen was in near-perfect condition.
This is a common scam and reports of it across the internet are rife. However, I believe that it's legal, as these companies typically give you the opportunity to decline their offer and receive your item back. It's still incredibly poor practice, though. My advice is to trade in your phone with a mobile network provider (for a bit less money) or sell it on eBay (for a bit more).
Do not use this company, as they won't honour your quote. Even if you sent in a brand-new device I imagine they'd find "damage" of some kind. The giveaway is in this company's name - musicMagpie. Magpies are cunning and like stealing shiny objects, so the name makes complete sense.Review about: Scan Computers

I was working on the project that I was supposed to submit in about a few days time when my laptop malfunctioned. I doubted the possibility of fixing it in less than 24 hours which if not would have affected the success of the work negatively. So I gunned for a new laptop to transfer the work over and continue from there. When I checked Scan Computers' website, I saw service information like "buy today and receive in 24 hours and that was the kind of delivery speed I was looking for. Good enough the purchasing process wasn't stressful and I made my order, the following day I received the order. With that, I was able to finish the project on time and submit same. Kudos to Scan Computers particularly for faster delivery.

Nice VPN I must say and I commend the developers for uniquely being able to come up with such powerful VPN that works so welll and leaving one with nothing to explain for again. I had this job that I was working and it involves sourcing for information from different websites. I got so disappointed in several occasions when I was denied access and the only way forward was to use a VPN. More disappointment was when I tried a couple of VPNs and still couldn't access the site and not until I tried Ivacy VPN who granted me absolute privacy and unrestricted access to the website and I was able to get the information and succeeded in my work. Kudos to Ivacy VPN.

Computer motherboard
Motherboard of my computer became faculty and according to the repairer, it wasn't fixable but needed a replacement. Since I'm not a computer technician, I didn't really understand the make and compatibility of the motherboard and the system. It was however not an easy one finding the right motherboard after searching from a number of places. In about 3 different occasions, orders were returned because it didn't match the requirement. Inability to find the right motherboard could have led to abandoning the computer but a search into Aria PC got the right motherboard and the computer was fixed back and put to use. I immediately contacted customer services who replied promptly and provided me with two options:
1) I was to suggest the amount they should give me for a partial refund to save them costs of collection.
2) they would arrange collection and full refund.
I opted for a partial refund and left and honest review of the experience and the faulty product. Rinkit contacted me and said they were disappointed I had left that review. Chateau la croix french red
Stumbled across Wine Buyers as this was the best price I could find for my favourite French red. I was concerned about delivery because I wanted it for a dinner party and it was coming from France however heard back the next day. Sounds like Wine Buyers have had issues but all worked out fine for me. Wine was good as usual too!!
Winebuyers went bust, owing suppliers, creditors, customers about £1.6m. They let the company collapse and started a new one, to wash their hands of their obligations. Not really the sort of company that anyone should be supporting.
My review is based on my experience, I received the wine and good customer service so no complaints here.

The actual products were a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes the stuff was really good quality, other times not so much. The real kicker wasn't the inconsistency of the goods, but the fact that when they made an error they failed to rectify it. After autorenewing my subscription (which was expected, no problems with that) they didn't send any products. When I queried it, it took weeks to get a response, and only a partial refund. This is theft, and will be pursued.

From a seller's perspective we purchased onbuy subscription to sell on it. We have found the system easy to sign up to and listing style is the same as Amazon. There are many integrations available and customer service for me has been great (same day response). I have used their shopify and RM click and drop integrations without any issues. Didn't expect sales so early on but have had a few since signing up a week ago. I have also been able to price my items lower than other platforms we use as onbuy fees are a lot less. Thank you onbuy for providing a real alternative to Amazon and eBay. Being a UK company hope you manage to penetrate international markets.

I have waited over a year for the storage heaters to be fitted but have been fobbed off again and again.

Again apologies for the delay, but rest assured we are working on a solution for you.My wife and I have been served perfectly by this company they turned up when they said giving us an hour’s notice they were very friendly efficient and clean when they left they even took the empty cans of the drinks we gave them so we didn’t have to touch them first class service
I would really like to give Ecohive a good review,sadly this is not posdible, we applied to Ecohive back in July for the heaters, after giving all the proof they asked for we were told we did qualify. We had an email to say we were booked in asking for our landlords permission, this was given. A man came and surveyed the loft, drilled holes in the walls outside and said the loft would be insulated and the walls would be done. 23/7/220 two came to do the loft, look at the loft and said they could not do this as the loft was boarded over but we had good insulation so would get out heaters. Since then we have heard nothing and have sent emails several times and got no response at all.. We now have 25 year old heaters and apparently have no chance of getting new ones. Terrible people to deal with have tried to apply to another supplier but think they would not accept us as we were signed up to Ecohive. Do not go with this company or you could be stuck.

Firstly id like to apologize for your experience so far that is not the way we do things here at EcoHive. due to Covid 19 we are running on skeleton staff for both installs and admin mostly who are still working from home. We are still trying to catch up from the initial national lockdown and we are following all the required guidelines to ensure everyone safety unfortunately this is meant a hold on some installs.
I have tried calling you a few times to try and book you in for your heating install but had no luck getting through to you.

They’re not fit for purpose.
They have scorch marks on this very worrying so I can’t use them.
They use for stairs and I’m asthmatic should never have them in the first place.
I was never given a survey just came and fitted them quickly left quickly.
Now I’m left with heaters I cannot use it too expensive and when I try and get eco-and Elnur to help they don’t call you back or don’t return your emails they say they will but they don’t.
Matt at Elinore said it was something I was doing and something to do with the element inside it is absolute lies!
I know it’s free but it’s not really at the end of the day when you’re paying for more for your heating then you should!

From the responses I was saying I’m not the only one that’s having problems with them the people that have had them fitted in the summer will sadly find out in the winter how expensive these heaters are.

However after reading the reviews, I'm beginning to wonder if the problem will be solved! I think if everyone made a complaint to BBC watchdog and bring the company to the masses we might get somewhere. Fake Sunglasses and scam company
Fake Dior sunglasses! I had a Dior Technologic sunglasses for 3 years bought from Dior store in Manhattan. Recently somebody stole it, so I ordered the exact model and color from this website. When they sent me my order, as soon as I opened the box, I got shocked because of the difference from my original one. I could easily notice that lenses are fake because I had it before. If a buyer buy this for the first time, she would think that this is authentic. The lenses were much more light color and clear. Then I called them, and they accepted the lenses were changed but they accused DIOR that they hadn’t test the product before release!!!! Which is impossible. I never ever again will shop anything from them; because you pay the price for original but you’ll get fake!
This customer is mistaken and misleading and worrying other customers. All items we sell are official genuine stock.It is the case that even brands such as Dior can have lapses in QC. I would urge any prospective customer reading this review to disregard it and do further research and/or contact our office or indeed Dior.

Go to Homebase, friendlier, cheaper and this company won't price match.
I visited the new Windlesham store this week and I was left VERY unimpressed.
Firstly their website states it's in the old Wylevale garden centre. It's not. It's in a warehouse at the back of the carpark. When I mentioned this to the member of staff when I finally located it, I was told there were 4 clear signs and he implied I was blind. Yup a great sales technique for someone wanting to spend over a £1000 on garden furniture. However it took a good 20 mins of me wandering around to get any attention what so ever. It would appear a mother with a toddler in tow doesn't classify as a valid customer worth your salesman's time.
I was peeved but liked the furniture, so went back with the well behaved toddler and my husband today. Again I was COMPLETELY ignored and the second my husband came off his conference call he was smothered in attention.
We really liked a set but realised it was over £100 cheaper at Homebase and when we asked if they'd price match they said yes but not Homebase, turned on their heel and stomped off.
If customer service is not high on your agenda fill your boots, but I'd hate to deal with these guys if anything went wrong.Reader, I can not disagree with this review enough. I work in the Windlesham store and it looks absolutely lovely, the company has spent a fortune on our store and I think it's got to be the best display of garden furniture in Surrey, maybe even the entire country. When this lady came into our store she was rather rude and abrupt however as we're a happy, smiley bunch we didn't take any offence. When she returned with her husband we followed the same procedure we would with any other customer, have a look around and we're here to help or answer questions if you have them, otherwise enjoy your browse. The lady's husband was on the phone as he walked through the door and continue his phone call for a good 20 mins so neither myself or my colleagues felt it was appropriate to approach the couple until the gentleman was off this phone call. When we noticed the customer had finished the call, and by this time they had been in the store for over 20 mins we then approached. The lady who has written this review has totally misunderstood our professionalism and believed for some reason we only wanted to talk to her partner which is completely untrue, unfounded and misinterpreted.
When asked if we would price match Homebase we refused because they did not have stock, they were showing out of stock on their website. We are, as a company not allowed to price match unless certain criteria are met. One of the criteria is that the goods must be available within the same delivery time frame as we offer.
It is very unusual for us to write such a candid reply to a review but felt Tina Wizard has so unfairly reviewed us that we had respond and put our side of the story across.

I cannot over emphasise how awful the service I have had from Robert Dyas is. My order never arrived, they never answered my emails, eventually agreed to refund me, but never actually did so. Kept claiming that they had already refunded my credit card, in the end had to pursue it via my credit card company. Avoid!

purchased on website that informed in stock. then told not i stock. then informed issues with over demand. then told would be delivered following Friday, then told issues in warehouse picking. then told out of stock. then told waiting new stock. just been on website and back in stock. still no delivery. This company is hiding behind well crafted messaging but in reality is a sham. my Christmas also effected by promises and no delivery ..... worse than being honest and allowing alternative arrangements

Well I can't say about other users what they think and how much protected byvCTK Braces but in my case first few weeks it was not so effected but later tremendously improved relief in my both knees.
One very important question is - this is not a fashionable product .
