I found some dodgy charges on my debit card even after I closed my account. Honestly, it's not on really and it's just not right. The app keeps messing up and the customer service is absolutely rubbish. I spent over 8 hours trying to fix an issue with my deposit. Excuse me, they've gone and blocked my account and taken all my money. I sent a payment to the UAB Transactive Systems account, it was successful, and I bought USDT. About three weeks later, I got a letter saying they've blocked my account without giving a clear reason, and they've seized all my money without any explanation. I inquired why this happened since I haven't done anything wrong. Their response was quite unhelpful, just a standard reply saying they can't disclose the reason for blocking my account and can't reverse the decision. They've essentially taken my money without providing any information.
Online purchase, financial loss
It's a complete scam! I gave them all the documents they asked for, and yet they still managed to scam me out of 5000€. They blocked my account and my money just disappeared. And when I tried to get in touch for some answers, all I got back were automated responses that were absolutely useless. This company is just full of criminals.
