Open custody protocol coin
I recently bought some of the open custody protocol coin and I must say, it was a bit of a letdown. I put in £100 to get started, but ended up with only £95 after the purchase - not a great start. I tried to be understanding, but things just got more annoying as I went along. It was not clear how much I would lose in fees when I wanted to change the coin back to GBP. In the end, hidden charges took away £10, and a final fee of £1.90 meant I had just £83 left of my original investment. All in all, I found the whole thing quite confusing and felt like I wasn't told the full story about how much it would really cost to trade on that platform.
Unauthorized charges
I found some dodgy charges on my debit card even after I closed my account. Honestly, it's not on really and it's just not right. I reckon it's best to watch out when you're handing over your payment details to this lot, they don't seem to care much about keeping things private or getting permission.
Trying to withdraw my earnings
I've been trying to take out my money for ages but it's proving impossible, I just can't seem to do it. I've tried contacting them but it's like hitting a brick wall. I really hope someone can lend a hand and help me get my money out of that app.
Used the app to make trades
The app keeps messing up and the customer service is absolutely rubbish. I spent over 8 hours trying to fix an issue with my deposit. Whenever the market was busy, the app would crash and my withdrawals were delayed. It's been a complete nightmare. I definitely wouldn't rely on this platform at all.
Transfer to UAB Transactive Systems, bought USDT
Excuse me, they've gone and blocked my account and taken all my money. I sent a payment to the UAB Transactive Systems account, it was successful, and I bought USDT. About three weeks later, I got a letter saying they've blocked my account without giving a clear reason, and they've seized all my money without any explanation. I inquired why this happened since I haven't done anything wrong. Their response was quite unhelpful, just a standard reply saying they can't disclose the reason for blocking my account and can't reverse the decision. They've essentially taken my money without providing any information.
Online purchase, financial loss
It's a complete scam! I gave them all the documents they asked for, and yet they still managed to scam me out of 5000€. They blocked my account and my money just disappeared. And when I tried to get in touch for some answers, all I got back were automated responses that were absolutely useless. This company is just full of criminals.
