Girlfriend's birthday t-shirt
I ordered a t-shirt for my girlfriend's birthday back on July 1st. The website said it would be available from July 20th, but here we are on August 9th and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent the company a few emails, but they haven't given me a good answer. According to the tracking on their website, my order is still pending with an expected delivery date of August 3rd. I won't be shopping with them again and would warn others to avoid them too.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra from this company, but I had some problems with it. When I was on the phone, the other person couldn't hear me properly, which was really annoying. I contacted customer service to sort it out, but the response I got wasn't great. They asked for an error message that didn't even exist, and it seemed like they didn't care much about my concerns. Even though the phone was supposed to be in 'excellent condition', it was obvious that I had been sold a faulty device. I recently bought a fancy piece of jewellery from this shop and I was really happy with how fast they processed my order. I was gobsmacked by how rude the staff were at Selfridges when I went to return my black and white patterned shirt and shorts co-ord! I had worn it on holiday and the dye ran in the rain, plus the shorts ended up wonky after dry cleaning. When I tried to return them, they told me that if they can't resell it, they wouldn't take it back. Can you imagine? I requested to speak with the manager, but they told me there wasn't one available. It was such a rude situation, I just couldn't believe it!

Trousers - Perfect fit
I bought a pair of trousers made of a lovely material that fits me perfectly, which I was really happy about because I'm only 4ft 11" tall. However, my experience was spoiled by the terrible delivery service. The delivery company failed to deliver my package on time, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was wet, sticky, and dirty. To top it off, the delivery person broke the brush part of my letterbox, which was made of chrome and quite expensive. Now I'm left with a damaged item that I don't know how to fix. And now, they won't refund me for the missing tyre! Their customer service is so unhelpful and unreliable. My advice: steer clear of this company at all costs.

When I tried to back out and get a refund due to not actually joining the group, I was only offered a part of my money back.
