Refund issue with cancelled order
I've had such a nightmare dealing with the customer service on this platform. The seller cancelled my order and getting a refund was like trying to get blood out of a stone. They barely replied to my emails, just giving me a generic apology and empty promises about my money being safe. In the end, I had to contact my card issuer to get my money back. Honestly, if you want to save your time and stay sane, I'd stay away from this place.

Family holiday booking
I recently booked a family holiday package through this service, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Turkish airlines cancelled our return flight, and when I reached out for help, I was reassured that everything would be taken care of. However, not only were we not rebooked on a new flight, but the customer service representative also managed to cancel our entire hotel reservation and was unable to rebook it for the additional day we needed to catch a flight the next day. It was incredibly frustrating as all they had to do was make a simple call to the hotel to extend our stay or find alternative accommodation. This mess was certainly not our fault, yet it seemed that neither Turkish airlines nor the service I had booked through took any responsibility. Now I have to sit around and wait for 7-10 working days for a full refund, which is completely unacceptable in this day and age where refunds should be instant. To make matters worse, my complaint to the company has been met with silence, further solidifying my belief that this company is a complete waste of time. I will definitely not be booking another package holiday through this service again.

I got in touch with Brora to talk about this issue, and I really hope they take my feedback on board and figure out a way to make their products sturdier. It would be such a shame for such lovely and comfy socks to end up going to waste because they didn't last long enough.

On top of that, I found another insurance provider that gives the same benefits but for half the price, and it made me wish I hadn't stuck with this company. The fact that they weren't transparent and their customer service was lacking really let me down.
