I booked a ski resort transfer ahead of time and it all went really well. The minibus was comfortable, the driver was friendly, and everything was well organised. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone else.
Unsafe driving by the driver
I was really let down by the service from the driver on my last journey. He wasn't just texting on his phone while driving, but he was doing it with passengers in the car too. That's not just dangerous, it's against the law. I felt so uneasy and worried the whole time, which definitely took away from what should have been a nice trip. I wouldn't suggest using this service if this is how they operate in terms of safety and professionalism.
Taxi ride to airport
The taxi ride to the airport was really good! The driver arrived bang on time and was really professional. He drove so well and got us to the airport in no time. It was a fantastic experience all round.
Ski transfer booking
I recently booked a ski transfer with this service and I have to say, I was really impressed with every aspect of the experience. The pricing was fair and clear, with no sneaky fees or extra charges. I liked the flexibility in the booking, it was nice to know I could easily change my plans if I had to. The vehicles they provided were just the right size, fitting all our luggage and ski gear without any hassle. The drivers were on time, friendly, and kept us updated throughout the journey, even letting us know when they arrived. Group transfer experience
We've used this service before and have always been really impressed with how great the service is. But this time was something else. There were six adults and two children in our group, and from the minute we booked our transfer, everything went really well. The best part of the trip was our driver, Francesco Turchetto. He was so professional and efficient, and he really made sure we were comfortable and safe the whole way. We loved how friendly and helpful he was, it made the journey even better.

I just wanted to say that the service I received for my recent ski trip transport was absolutely top-notch. Right from when I booked it to when I actually got in the car, everything went really smoothly. The prices were fair, and the staff were super quick to respond to all my questions before the trip. The drivers were on time, really professional, and gave great service the whole way. I felt safe and really well looked after throughout the journey. I'll definitely be using this company again for my next ski trip to Europe. I highly recommend them.
Last-minute cancellation
The transfer service was really good - nice car, the driver was very professional, and they arrived on time. But, the customer service was absolutely awful. Even though I've been using them for 15 years, they didn't show any compassion or willingness to help when I had to cancel suddenly because of a family emergency. It's clear that they care more about money than making customers happy, so sadly, I won't be booking with them again.
Airlift
I normally watched hockey and other games going on in alps on YouTube and may be on TV too. Being consistent on it, I started developing passion for it. At some point, I considered visiting the alps by myself but the problem was a competent hand that can transport me to the place. I head about some companies that are into transporting visitors to the place but I wasn't too sure of their professionalism. Anyways, a colleague at work hard to convince me to use the services of Alps2Alps and I wasn't disappointed at all. All they comprised me, they kept to it - from departure time to arrival. I can only say Alps2Alps is reliable.
