I haven't had a chance to try the multivitamins yet, but I just wanted to quickly mention the great customer service I received. So basically, I forgot to use a discount code when I bought them and when I contacted customer service about it, they were so helpful! They quickly sorted everything out and gave me a refund for the difference. You don't often find such amazing customer service, so I really wanted to say thanks for all their help.

Campervan rental
I had a fantastic time renting a campervan from this company. The campervan was really clean, had everything we needed, and felt brand new. I loved all the little touches in the decoration and amenities that were clearly there to make us comfortable. The owner, Carlos, was really nice and sorted out any questions or worries I had straight away. All in all, it was a brilliant experience that I can't wait to do again soon!

Magnetic ring for swollen finger joint
I bought a magnetic ring from a UK seller hoping it would help my swollen finger joint. The sizing advice given by the brand didn't work for me. Even though I followed their instructions to measure an old ring or use a bit of string around my finger, the ring I got was too big. I asked for a smaller size, but they said no because the ring was on sale when I bought it. This was really annoying because I returned it within the 14-day return period. The lack of flexibility and care in this situation was really disappointing. It seemed like the brand cared more about their rules than making customers happy, which made me feel unimportant.

Garden chairs
I'm really annoyed with this company! I ordered some garden chairs, but do you know what turned up in the post? Shelving units! It's been such a pain having to send back the wrong items and waiting for the right ones to arrive, but they still haven't shown up. It's just ridiculous and totally unacceptable.

I've always struggled to find the right roof bars online because the descriptions are often inaccurate. But, my experience with this company was totally different. The roof bars I bought fit perfectly and were great quality. I'm really pleased with how easy the whole purchasing process was and the quick delivery service.

Post A level holiday booking
My experience with Expedia was absolutely terrible. My son decided to book his post A level holiday through them and unfortunately, the accommodation he booked was already taken by someone else. He asked for a refund but it was a real struggle because the host couldn't cancel the booking. This meant my son was left without his money for a long 6 weeks. It was so frustrating having to make endless phone calls to sort it out. The customer service centre was no use at all, just giving vague excuses like 'the technical team is working on it' and 'it's with the refund team now, we can't do anything else'. Their slow and dishonest behaviour is shocking. They kept my son's money for weeks, leaving him stuck without being able to book anything else. Don't bother using their services if you actually want your issues sorted out, because they won't give you any real help. Overall, I am completely appalled by the whole experience.
