    Recent order experience

    I wanted to share my recent experience with a website where I made a purchase. After I placed my order, I had a problem because the tracking number vanished. This left me clueless about where my delivery was at. I last checked the tracking details on Sunday, and it seemed like my package had been held up at customs for more than a week.
