Natural products purchase
I recently bought some natural products from this shop and honestly, it was really disappointing. I waited nearly four weeks for my order to arrive and ended up feeling frustrated and let down. I placed my order on the 9th of May, but as of today, the 6th of June, my order still hasn't turned up. The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, so I couldn't even keep track of where my parcel was. The emails I got from the company were terrible, taking ages to reply. When I tried calling them for help, they were so unprofessional, they just put the phone down on me. To make things worse, they still haven't sorted out my problem, so now I'm left out of pocket and with nothing to show for it.

We had such a terrible experience with this company. We bought a bed and bedding, but then they went bust and ran off with our £2,000. We've been waiting for a year now and still haven't gotten what we paid for. It's been impossible to get any straight answers or information from them. Every time we tried to get in touch, they just gave us false hope that our bed was coming soon. Unfortunately, we didn't use our credit card for this purchase, so we can't even try to get our cash back. We won't be making that mistake again, and we certainly won't trust this company ever again.

Shoes purchase
I bought some new shoes, but when I tried them on at home, they just didn't look right. I wanted to return them but the shop said I could only exchange them or get a credit note. It's really unfair because their website says you can get a full refund. No one told me that I couldn't get my money back if I changed my mind. I believe customers should have the option to return items and receive a refund within 14 days. It's not right that they only offer credit notes for full price items. I won't be shopping there again. They should provide better training for their staff so customers are aware of the policies. It seems like they just want to keep your money.
