    Oddly decent find

    Sticker surprise

    I first saw these on eBay after a mate pointed them out. Parcel turned up fine but when I opened it there was a new sticker stuck over the original label. Seller messaged back saying Everyhealth repackaged them — shrug. Not ideal, customer service felt vague, delivery was alright though, and the capsules seem to do the job.

    Turned around at dispatch

    Weirdly, the turning point was a short "your order has been dispatched" email — that’s when I relaxed. I first saw their stuff on a mate’s Instagram and even told my sister to try them, despite the delay. They’d bungled the warehouse (they said), but once it moved it arrived fine. Not perfect, but I’m happy enough.

    When it finally clicked

    about a week in the stiffness eased and I thought, right, that's doing something. I’d ordered ahead before our Wobenzym stash ran dry; deliveries from the US were sometimes a bit late, but well packed and free, so fine, I guess. Now it's out of stock for months, which is a shame — they had the best offers.

    Morning surprise, decent drink

    I thought I was ordering one promo bottle late on a Saturday and then woke to a charge for six — annoying.     Gone missing, not coming back

    I ordered a lumbar support cushion from them because my lower back's been acting up after the move — thought it'd help when I'm sitting at the temporary desk. It never arrived, simple as that. I chased them a few times via email and chat, got bland replies like "we're looking into it" and then nothing, which is maddening. I was left without the thing I needed, had to rig a makeshift cushion and, well, it doesn't help as much. At first I hoped for a refund, then I just felt ignored. Not a great experience; I won't be risking an order again.

    Lost parcel, apathetic replies

    don’t expect much. I waited almost a month for a parcel and was eventually told it was lost. Fine, mistakes happen — but they admitted the loss and then refused to send a replacement; they only offered a refund, as if that fixed everything. I had to chase them a couple of times and the responses were very flat, no proper effort to resolve it, just the same script. I've had courier issues with other companies before and generally they either resend or sort a refund straight away, so this felt unusually indifferent. Slightly relieved I got my money back in the end, but it was more hassle than it should have been. Wouldn’t use them again unless you've got time to argue.

    Small saving, big hassle

    Not worth it, honestly. I spent over £150 expecting things to be sorted, but I got the wrong items and then found myself stuck in the classic runaround. They answer maybe once a day and it never leads to a proper fix — polite but useless, if that makes sense. A company should own up and sort mistakes fast; this one kept deflecting and gave me no real accountability. I’d tell anyone shopping around to check elsewhere — you can save a bit but you’ll pay in time and bother. If they tightened up returns and replied with action, fine, but right now I wouldn’t risk it.

    Not what I expected

    Right after my first post-run shake I realised something was off. I’d bought Orgain Organic Plant Protein because the label said 0g sugar and I wanted a fairly neutral powder for smoothies and porridge. It mixes lovely — super smooth and kind of creamy, which was a pleasant surprise — but it tasted way too sweet for my taste, almost like dessert. I usually use a less sweet brand so this felt strange. I left a frank review to warn others, which then didn’t appear on their site, and when I asked for a refund they sent a stream of irrelevant emails and eventually refused since the tub was opened. That felt like a waste of time. Product texture gets a thumbs up, but their feedback and refund handling was disappointing.

    Not worth the hassle

    avoid buying from them if you’re after clear information — I only kept at it because of an allergy and, well, I needed my money back. Their product pages don’t list ingredients properly, and when I asked support I was given wrong information, so the things I bought weren’t safe for me to use. That meant wasted money and a fair bit of stress. To be fair, I did eventually get a full refund, and I’m glad about that, but getting there was a proper faff. I had to chase them almost every day, re-send the same details several times (it felt like no one could be bothered to read earlier messages), and there was no continuity in the replies. It all dragged on much longer than it should have. If you do decide to buy, my advice is: screenshot everything, be persistent, and don’t let them fob you off. Also, please fix your product pages and train the team so other people don’t go through this. I’m relieved I got my money back, but honestly they could make the whole process a lot less painful.

    Bit of a muddle, but promising

    product looked good, site didn’t show ingredients (weird for food stuff), I asked customer service if it contained maltodextrin — I can’t have it — they sent back a neat ingredients list and said there was none. So I ordered two tubs of this rather pricey item. Two weeks later they arrive and surprise, the packets themselves list maltodextrin. So yeah, not great. That said, replies were fairly quick and the packaging was fine; it’s just the info mismatch that bugs me. I’ve had worse run-ins with other sellers who never replied at all, so this felt half-decent — they do engage, but someone’s dropping the ball on accuracy. If they sort their product pages and double-check what CS sends out, I’d happily be a repeat customer. For now, just double-check if you’ve got allergies — don’t take the product page at face value. Hope they fix it soon, because otherwise it could be a solid option.

    I recently bought something from this company, thinking it would be a straightforward process because they have a good reputation. However, I was upset to learn that my order was actually coming from abroad, even though I thought it was a British company.     Protein powder and vitamins

    I recently got some products from Every Health and they were spot on - top-notch protein powder and vitamins. I've placed a few orders with them already and they've never let me down. The protein powder blends nicely and tastes delicious, and the vitamins give me peace of mind knowing I'm getting all the nutrients I require.
