    I use to have hair breakage and in fact my hair used to be badly damaged, discolored, and tacky. My self-esteem dropped because I could no longer wear my natural hair. I tried different many hair treatment products I was introduced to and none seemed to work. It was frustrating, time-consuming, and financially draining. After so much trial-and-error I decided to give until a colleague introduced me to Grow Gorgeous. I ordered their products and ever since then; I have seen an incredible change as my hair now grows and glows. I am satisfied with their products and will shop with them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell.     Misleading product delivery

    I recently bought something from this company, hoping to give their highly praised products a go. Unfortunately, what I got was totally different from what I actually wanted. Instead of the top-notch stuff I paid for, I got low-quality items that you can easily get at a regular supermarket for a lot less money. When I got in touch with customer service about this mistake, they didn't really seem bothered and just asked me to send the items back, even though they weren't what I originally ordered. It feels like they're trying to swap out their promoted products with cheaper ones, which is really disappointing and annoying.

    So, I bought some hair products and it was a nightmare trying to pay with my One4all card. The website kept declining my payment, and when I tried to upload a screenshot of the error message, the system wouldn't even accept it! I had to message them on Facebook instead, and even then, they were useless. They just kept asking for the screenshot, even though I told them their system was broken. In the end, they told me to use a different card instead of actually fixing the problem. Can you believe that? It was only after One4all stepped in and sorted things out that my order finally went through. Honestly, their customer service is a joke. It's like they couldn't care less about helping their customers.

    I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. Every time I order, my package arrives late, damaged, or not at all. It's a nightmare trying to contact their customer service, and when I do, they don't offer any solutions or explanations. They even cancelled my order without telling me or giving a refund! It's a total joke.

    Great products, terrible customer service

    Their products are really good, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them because their customer service is absolutely terrible. When I first asked about their products, the person I spoke to didn't seem to have a clue and just gave me general information instead of actually knowing the specifics. Then, when I tried to order something for the second time, it was a nightmare. There was a deal for a free sample size that I was entitled to, but when I went to pay, my order got split into two and I was charged for shipping on the sample size. Even though I should have got free shipping, I had to pay for the delivery of the sample. The customer service team, who I got in touch with through Facebook, weren't helpful at all and they gave me false information. They took ages to reply, didn't offer any solutions, and even lied about buying from other websites. I missed out on the deal because of their lack of help and guidance. Their response of 'I'm sorry you feel that way' was just not acceptable.
