    I recently bought a bunch of flowers from an online flower shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with how fresh and lovely they were.     I was really stuck when my doctors surgery wouldn't give me proof of my positive Covid test. I needed a medical certificate for my insurance, but they couldn't see me for seven weeks, which was way too long to wait. Luckily, I came across ZoomDoc and they were amazing. Their service was fast and efficient, and I could easily show video proof of my Covid test. They gave me the certificate I needed quickly.     I bought a shed from this company not long ago and had a bit of trouble with the delivery because the lane to my house is quite narrow. Despite this, the customer service I got was excellent.     I have to say, this website really impressed me with their cargo pants.     I am really disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the item I received was very poor. On top of that, they even charged me €10 for the return fee.     Personalised tags for my child

    I was proper gutted with how long it took for my order to arrive - it was over 10 days! That's way too long in my books. The fact that there was no way to track it made it even more frustrating, I had no clue where my package was or when it would show up.     Men's lace casual shoes

    I bought a pair of men's lace casual shoes recently, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the quality. I've only been wearing them for a few months, a couple of hours a day, and both shoes are falling apart. The soles have detached from the shoe, and the thin outer layer is coming off. There's no visible stitching or adhesive keeping the soles on, which isn't great for shoes that are meant to last. The inner foam material is exposed, causing both shoes to leak as soon as they get wet. I'm currently trying to get a refund or a replacement from the retailer because these shoes just aren't cutting it. Despite the high price I paid, they feel cheaply made. I won't be buying from this brand again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    I had a really bad time with my recent order from this online company. They told me it was on its way, but after two days, I still didn't get it.     This company is a complete disaster. I ordered something in January and it's now May, but I still haven't got my stuff. The lack of communication and customer service is just terrible. They took my money straight away, but they can't seem to deliver what I paid for. I've tried contacting them several times through emails and messages, but haven't heard anything back at all. Dealing with their incompetence is so frustrating and disappointing. I really wouldn't recommend ordering from them.     I had an absolutely wonderful time on holiday at a beautiful chalet in La Plagne. It was in a perfect spot for skiing and the chalet itself was clean and really cosy.     Coolant Thermostat for Ford Fiesta

    I recently bought a new coolant thermostat for my Ford Fiesta from Parts in Motion and it arrived pretty quickly and was well wrapped up. However, when I took a closer look at it, I noticed that the thermostat housing seemed to have been messed about with - the brand name had partly been scratched off. After doing a bit of digging, I found out that the original brand was supposed to be Motorad, not the febi bilstein one that was actually sent. I got in touch with Parts in Motion about this more than two weeks ago, but I still haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing to get a product that's been messed with like that, and it's even worse not getting any response from the company.

    I recently bought some stuff on Trouva and it didn't go very well. I ordered a few things but had to send some back. I made sure to pay for tracked postage for the returns, but still, there were loads of problems with the delivery. My stuff kept getting delayed or lost, and because of that, Trouva wouldn't give me a refund. Dealing with all this was a pain, especially when I did everything right for the return.
