Good product Poor delivery service
Good product but poor delivery service 15 working days unacceptable
Feb the 2nd I tried to order 3doz wines from Giodano wines online as I have been having 3doz. at a time from Giordano for many years. As I was having difficulty in completing the order online. I ordered 3 doz by telephone. well it seems the online order went through and I and 2 lots of wins were sent. I rang Giordno and they told me to refuse 2nd delivery which I did. On the 3rd march I recieved a call from Giordano to query the order I explained what happened and they informed me that I would get a refund. That was 6 weeks ago. Over the last 4 weeks I have made numerous calls to Giordano all I get I false promises excusesL lies and sometimes have hung up on me. So my next 3dox will not be with Giordano. Harry Orchard.
Anyone considering placing an order with this shipper might do well to look at the number of outstanding online complaints against the company of non-delivery and lack of refund. I myself am awaiting a refund on order GB06655321 and despite repeated emails and telephone calls no further action has taken place. However attractive their wine deals appear, my advice

Exploding bottle!
Would love to know why a bottle of Frizzante wine exploded whilst uncorking it! Cut my finger but could have been so much worse as the whole bottle caved in on itself. Read onBy: Catherine Clarke
