Art supplies for therapy and art course
I really regret not checking here first before I purchased my art supplies for my therapy and art course. I sent them an email asking for an update on my order, but I haven't received a response from customer service. It's been longer than the 7-10 business days they promised, and I still haven't heard anything. The website should be clearer about the origin of the items and how long it will take for them to arrive.
Art supplies, delayed delivery
I recently bought some art supplies from this company, but later found out that they weren't actually sent from the UK, even though it wasn't clear on their website. When I called to ask about my order, the customer service was not helpful and the call ended with them hanging up on me. I was really disappointed with the whole experience.
Watercolor supplies
I recently bought some watercolour supplies from this company, and I have to say I wasn't too impressed. Even though I've been ordering from various companies online during the pandemic, this was the only one that let me down with delayed delivery. It was really frustrating not hearing anything from them, and I had to start a credit card claim before my items finally showed up. Just a little message from the company to reassure customers would have made a big difference to how I felt.
Online art supplies purchase
I ordered some art supplies online a while back but haven't heard anything about when they'll be dispatched or delivered. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times over the phone and through email, but no luck. On the website, it says my order has been dispatched, but there's no tracking details. If I don't get my order or an update by the end of the month, I'll have to get in touch with my card provider to sort out a refund.
