Rolawn is a seller who guided me to prepare a lawn in my newly constructed house.
Not easy at all,
I changed and mixed my lawn area with topsoil
Though my lawn area is not big, but more then 80 bags of topsoil supplied by Rolawn and then seeds for making it green area. Today I have a wonderful green lawn ans now started flowers and some useful planting.Soil bags delivery
I ordered some bags of soil and they came right on schedule. I received a text the day before with the delivery time, and the driver, Sam, even phoned me before he arrived. He was really friendly and it was great to meet him. Rolawn is definitely lucky to have him working for them.
Turf order
I ordered some turf from this company not too long ago and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. The delivery was a complete nightmare - out of four deliveries, only one showed up on time. Trying to get in touch with their customer service was just as frustrating, as it was like the phone was never answered and just rang out. The turf itself was decent but that just doesn't make up for the terrible delivery service and lack of support for customers.
Plastic mesh found in turf
I found some plastic mesh covering parts of my garden turf, not happy about it at all. Plastic mesh isn't good for the environment, it's dangerous and harmful to wildlife. I wish I had known about it before buying. They use plastic mesh in turf products just to save money and sell it quicker after planting.
Bark mulch purchase
I recently bought some bark mulch that was actually pretty good quality, which was a relief. But oh boy, the whole customer service thing was an absolute nightmare. I had to change my order a few times and it still ended up arriving a whopping 4 weeks late. When I finally managed to get through to someone in customer service, they said they'd call me back but surprise surprise, I never heard from them. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and seemed totally indifferent to my predicament. It feels like they've managed to fail me not just once, but a whopping 200% when it comes to both delivery and customer service.
Bulk bag of mulch
I bought a big bag of mulch not long ago and it was really disappointing. It was full of rubbish like bits of plastic, plant labels, plant ties, metal, and glass. It was a nightmare having to go through it all to get rid of the harmful stuff. I've decided not to use it anymore because I'm worried it might harm my garden and the wildlife.

Garden turf purchase
I bought some garden turf from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty let down by their delivery service. They told me it would come on a certain day, but it didn't show up as expected. It was a real pain as I had made plans to get the order that day. When I got in touch with customer service to check on the delivery, they gave me different times, which only made things more annoying. The order finally turned up late in the evening, meaning I had to lay the turf in the rain, which was far from perfect.
Turf and Seeding Top Soil
To be honest, I have some doubts about the turf and seeding topsoil I bought. I've just scarified, solid tined, fertilised, and overseeded both my front and back lawns. The front lawn, which didn't use the soil from that company, is surprisingly doing really well and looks fantastic. However, the back lawn, where I spread their soil, is looking patchy and the seed hasn't taken as well as in the other areas. I have to say, I'm not very pleased with this and will definitely think twice before buying from them again.
Rolawn Medallion turf
Our experience with the Rolawn Medallion turf was really disappointing. We laid the lawn, but soon noticed a problem with an infestation of annual meadow grass weed (AMG), and things just got worse from there. When we complained about the poor quality of the turf, Rolawn didn't seem bothered and said they don't sell turf that's completely free of AMG. So, we've had to fill in around 75 holes in our lawn and we know we'll need to do more maintenance in the months ahead. The product overall was just not up to scratch and we've ended up with a lot of extra work and costs because of it.

I bought some lawn turf from this company not long ago, and I have to say I was really let down by both the quality of the product and the way the customer service handled things. The turf was really poor quality and didn’t live up to what I was hoping for. On top of that, when I got in touch to raise my issues, the customer service team didn’t seem to care and were not very helpful at all. It was a real shame and left me feeling pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

Medallion turf purchase
I bought the Medallion turf from the company and I must admit, I was really disappointed with the quality of the product they delivered. The turf they brought me was a mix of nice turf on the top layer and underneath that was yellow, dying turf. When I raised this issue with them, the solution they proposed was quite poor - just a small 10% discount for the half of the lawn that was in bad condition. This meant that I had to spend more money to fix the problem and bring my lawn up to standard. Overall, I was really dissatisfied with my experience with the company and I would advise others to steer clear of buying from them.
