    I had to take my mate to the airport, and let me tell you, they charged me an absolute fortune just to drive through the drop off area! Then, when I parked in the short stay car park, they had the cheek to ask for £24 for just two hours! And don't even get me started on how much they're charging for a cup of Starbucks coffee - daylight robbery! The prices at Glasgow Airport are a total joke, and I pray I never have to go through that ordeal again.

    I recently popped over to the Clacton factory outlet and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got from Lisa. She was so polite, helpful, and just really professional. All the staff there were lovely and they definitely made my shopping experience a pleasant one. The clothes I got fit really well and were just what I was looking for. But, I was a bit gutted to discover that Cotton Traders no longer stocks those cotton/polyester Guinness men's tops. If they did, I'd probably buy more without a doubt.

    I recently bought a Rose Gold iPhone 7 from this company, hoping for a smooth transaction and a good quality phone. However, my experience has been a nightmare. I sent in my perfect phone as described, fully reset, without a password, and unlocked. Despite giving all the needed information and proof of purchase, I got a different, damaged Silver iPhone back. The customer service has been terrible, with constant emails asking for info I had already given and no solution in sight. Now I have no phone or money, and I feel really frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend others to steer clear of this company.

    Alright, so I'm about to head off on this massive adventure for around 6 months, and I made sure to sort out some backpacker insurance to make sure I'm all sorted if anything goes wrong. The first insurance I went for was pretty rubbish because it wouldn't cover me if I didn't have a return flight booked! I mean, what if I end up falling head over heels for a kangaroo and decide to stay put forever?     My recent experience with the bus company was really disappointing. Me and my mates had booked tickets for a trip from one city to another, planning to catch an international flight. But when we got to the bus station and showed our confirmed tickets, they told us the bus was full and there was no space for us or our luggage. Unfortunately, there were no other buses available that day, so we had to hastily decide to rent a car which cost us a lot. The whole thing was so stressful and frustrating, and it was pretty obvious to us that the company's reservation system was just not good enough.

    This was my first time going on a Turkish land tour and I have to say, it really surpassed all my expectations.     I'm really upset about the terrible "service" I received from this place! I attempted three times to have my car MOTd and serviced, but it was completely pointless.     After much direct marketing I bought through hotukdeals a box of soon to be off beers at a seemingly good price. I forgot about it and weeks later it arrived by Hermes. Included was an offer for th next box for postage only. I thought, why not. A couple days later, Yodel confirmed a delivery but no box. 3 days later (Tuesday) the box arrived whilst we were away. None of course Beer52 fault except from choosing shuddy couriers.

    The beers however are in my mind closer to icecream flavours, lime, salted caramel, chocolate... there were a few interesting ones but a bit too adventorous and therefore I wished to cancel. The cheese "snack" was so awful that I gave it to the dog.

    Cancellation has to be done via phone. Monday, waited and hung up. the entire Tuesday there was a message that no one was available. Wednesday - after reviewing this website - THANK YOU. I got hold of Mark after 20 minutes. He offered the glasses, the discount etc. etc. but I emphasized that I wanted to cancel. He confirmed that to be done with no more quibbles. I received an email shortly after, confirming that our chat agreed to a discounted purchase of £14.5 and will revert back to £29 thereafter???

    I have now blocked my credit card as I see no other means of stopping my business with these scammers. Good riddance to them.

    You're so well out of it !

    Refund Credit Notes are financially protected

    If your holiday was cancelled in light of the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you will have now received a Refund Credit Note. These exceptional circumstances have forced us to make some extremely difficult decisions. For Sunweb, this resulted in the issuing of Refund Credit Notes which have the same financial protection as the original (cancelled) booking.


    A Refund Credit Note for a package holiday, explained:

    ✔ Lets you REBOOK your holiday for a later date

    ✔ IS financially protected

    ✔ Gives you the right to a cash refund up to the date it expires

    ✔ IS NOT a holiday voucher - holiday vouchers do not have financial protection

    A recent statement from ABTA read: “Nobody knows for sure how long the current coronavirus pandemic will last, but we know that we will come out of the other side and we need to ensure that when we do, holidaymakers are still able to book and take their holidays and that there is a healthy and competitive travel industry to support them.” ABTA has further launched a ‘Save Future Travel’ campaign in which they are calling on the government to do whatever it takes to protect the travel industry and customer money.



    Sunweb Group agrees with the statement written by ABTA and the importance of protecting our customers' money. This is why Sunweb Group has chosen to issue Refund Credit Notes. This Refund Credit Note entitles our customers to book a package holiday offered by Sunweb Group and is valid for a booking to any destination with a departure date of their choice. We completely understand that some of our customers are unhappy with the arrangements surrounding their holiday refund, but we are asking for understanding during these exceptional circumstances.

    The financial protection in your original booking:

    In general, Sunweb offers two types of package holidays: including or excluding flights. This is important to mention because if the original holiday included a flight, the holiday is financially protected by SGR. If the package holiday did not include travel, the holiday is then protected by ABTA. The Refund Credit Notes have the same financial protection as the original (cancelled) booking.



    Your financially-protected Refund Credit Note must be redeemed by the expiry date. If you are unable to find and book a suitable holiday within the period, you can request a refund from Sunweb. A cash refund will be transferred by the expiry date.
    Based on the EU Package Travel Directive, customers have the right to request a full cash refund to be paid within 14 days of the cancellation date where a holiday is cancelled as a result of “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances”. However, as organisations are waiting on refunds from their suppliers and do not have the cash to immediately provide these refunds, an alternative solution has been found by offering customers a Refund Credit Note. You do have the right to refuse the Refund Credit Note according to the guidelines set by ABTA. If you do this we will refund you as soon as possible, however, due to the exceptional circumstances the time limit will currently exceed the 14-day window we kindly ask for your understanding.

    This was my first and hopefully last order from Predator Nutriton. I received an open bottle (seal was off, powder all over the pills and inside the bottle) and so I wrote to Predator Nutrition. I sent pictures as requested which show the seal and the powder inside (2 pictures to ensure no doubt), after this, no responses from predator nutrition. After a few e-mails from me they finally responded with "send over another picture of the powder spilled" which I already sent...therefore, they are doing as as much as they can to simply wear me down to "give up" so they don't need to take any action.

    The supplement had no expiry date on it, therefore, I don't know whether it works or not, whether it's in date or not, or whether it's been sat in their storage for years and they shipped it out as they saw a "first time" customer so thought they can take advantage.

    Either way, very poor performance from them. Unless you need to order from them due to them having some deal with a supplier you use, I'd recommend to avoid.

    Read my review above of my experience with Androtest by Fusion, I have also used Decalone by Fusion in the past with very poor results compared to other equivalent nandrolone based PH's I have used in the past. I'd stay clear of Predator and Fusion, far better companies out there
