Insurance purchase
I've just got insurance from this company and I have to say, the application was really straight forward and easy to get my head around. A friend from my cycling club also recommended them, which made me trust them even more. The service was great and I found it easy to figure out which insurance option was best for me.
3rd party insurance purchase
I found it pretty straightforward to buy third-party insurance through this service. However, I was gutted to find out that it didn't include cover for individual bikes. And it was disappointing to learn that there’s no protection for cyclists going abroad beyond the UK.
Property insurance purchase
If you insure your property with this company, I need to tell you that you might not get any money back if something goes wrong. It seems like the only way you could possibly get any compensation is by taking them to court. It's really disappointing and annoying to think you're covered by insurance, only to find out you're on your own when you really need it. It's a total nightmare dealing with a company that doesn't keep their word and leaves you in a tough spot when you rely on them the most. Do yourself a favour and find insurance somewhere else that actually gives you the protection you're looking for.
