I bought 3 pairs of trousers from this website and honestly, they were terrible! When I tried them on, they were all way too big so I decided to send them back. But when I only got a refund for 2 pairs, they claimed one was worn. It absolutely wasn't - they still had the tag on them! And now they're also accusing me of damage to the stitching on the pockets, but that's just how they send out their poor quality items. After checking Trust Pilot, I saw that many others have faced the same issues with this shady company.

Wood puzzles for wall art
I love putting together puzzles that can also be hung up as wall art, and these wooden puzzles are just perfect for that. The pieces are really well-made and sturdy, so they make great decorations once finished. The shapes and designs are so unique and interesting, making the puzzles even more fun to complete. However, there are a couple of things that stop me from giving them a top rating. Firstly, there's a weird smell that comes from the pieces while you're putting the puzzle together, which isn't great. I also had one puzzle where the image was scratched, and the adhesive on the back isn't strong enough for hanging - I had to use some puzzle glue instead, which was a bit of a pain. Despite these issues, I'd still think about buying from PuzzleUp again because I really enjoy their products.

From the first phone call all the way through to getting everything set up, I can honestly say that changing providers was the best decision I've ever made. The phone call was really helpful and signing up was surprisingly easy. The engineer who came to install everything on the same day was right on time, and I only had to wait 3 days - which was brilliant! The team that did the installation were really nice and knew what they were doing, they even took the time to explain all about fibre internet and agreed to move the installation spot when I asked. You can just hop on the bus outside and there are always plenty of seats available. It's a short bus ride to the terminal! Travel experience for autistic customer
My time with the airline left a lot to be desired, really. Me and my mum booked our seats together for a flight back in June last year, and we specifically chose window seats to try and help with my anxiety because I'm autistic. But when we checked our tickets, we were proper shocked to see that we were seated all the way at the other end of the plane, far apart. We went to speak to the staff, hoping they could sort it out for us, but all they did was tell us to just sit where it says on the tickets, even though there were loads of free seats around. This lack of understanding and support for my needs as someone with autism led to me having a meltdown, which just made everything even more stressful and overwhelming. All in all, the whole experience wasn't welcoming or suitable for people with special requirements like me.

I felt like I was in a fairy tale or something. I even saw bats at night and deer - it was like being in a nature documentary! But when we got to our caravan, I was a bit disappointed. We stayed in a Gold 3 bedroom one and it was kinda small. The decoration was pretty basic and it could have been cleaner, which was a bit of a letdown. And there was hardly any storage space, especially for a big family like mine. Plus, there was absolutely no information in the caravan about the area or the cool walks nearby. How are you supposed to know what to do without that information?

I had a little problem with my card payment on Farfetch, where the Merchant accidentally blocked my funds. However, I have to say the customer service team dealt with my issue really well through email. They sorted out the refund quickly, within a week, and I could place another order without any trouble. The item I got was packed nicely and arrived in perfect condition, showing they take good care in packaging and shipping. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent customer service, and I am very happy with my shopping on Farfetch.

Body cream
I bought some body cream from this store not long ago, and I was really disappointed to find bits of plastic in it. It's not good at all and makes me question how well they check their products for quality and hygiene. I got in touch with their customer service about it, but they didn't really apologise or offer me a refund, which wasn't great. It's now April and the issue still hasn't been sorted, which shows they're not very urgent or caring about it. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and unsure if I want to buy from them again.

Christmas gift order
I recently bought some Christmas gifts and it wasn't a great experience. I placed my order in plenty of time, about 2 weeks before Christmas, and got the confirmation email straight away. But then, over 4 days later, I got an email saying that one of the items I wanted was no longer in stock. It was really annoying because I'd already planned everything out and now I had to rush to find something else at the last minute. This messed up the delivery of the other gifts I ordered and messed up my holiday plans too. I used to think this company was good, but now I'm just disappointed.

Multiple undelivered orders
I've had a really disappointing time with this shop because I ordered a few things and they never arrived. I've tried contacting them loads of times through messages and emails, but they haven't got back to me at all. It's really annoying that they don't even have a phone number on their website to speak to someone directly. I wouldn't recommend using this shop at all for buying stuff.

Rustic oak mini cupboard purchase
I bought a lovely little rustic oak cupboard recently, and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. It fits perfectly in my hallway - it's slim but deep enough to store all my bits and bobs like vases, candles, lightbulbs, batteries, and dusters. The height is spot on for showing off a pretty bouquet of flowers, which really brightens up my home. The wax finish on the cupboard gives it a nice sheen, making it suitable for any room. Although the shelf isn't adjustable, it hasn't been a problem for sorting out my storage.

I bought a surge filter from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, I found that the glass tube for the UV light was broken.
