The purchase of our insurance
Initially, I started little because I was actually afraid of the whole process. However, I later received good and welcoming help, especially a fair and reasonably priced quote.
What would have been more better that a clear, easy to understand, as well as a follow up email to keep me and my hubby abreast of the whole process.
Anyway, the entire team of the Insure4Boats did a very nice job

Luckily, I had insurance for situations like this and I have to say, the team's service was top-notch. The whole claims process was dealt with very professionally, and the surveyor did a thorough job assessing the damage. Thanks to i4b, my boat was fixed quickly and effectively, so I could get back out on the water. I'm really thankful for their help and would definitely suggest their services to other boat owners.

So, yeah, I got this new boat insurance because I recently got a cool boat and wanted to make sure it's all safe and everything. I'm a bit inexperienced with boats, so I was a bit worried about finding the right insurance, but it was actually really straightforward. They explained everything to me clearly, and I never felt like they were pushing me to get more than I needed. I got all the coverage I wanted, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it, no doubt about it.

I've just had to make a claim for the first time in over thirty years and let me tell you, it was such a hassle! There were so many questions to answer, heaps of paperwork to fill out, and endless statements to provide. But hey, I suppose it's all part of the process, right?

I was really happy with the customer service I got when I called up to ask about getting boat insurance. Adrian was fantastic and really helped me with all my questions. But then things took a turn when I tried to buy it online. I approved my credit card payment, and then the system crashed, charging me twice! It was quite annoying having to get back in touch with customer service to sort it out.
