Gap year match price quotation
I got a quote for my gap year that was valid for a whole year. Come May, when I was ready to move forward with it, I gave them a call to get the details. The first person I spoke to was really pleasant and helped me set up the contract. However, I later realised that the maximum benefit was 50% lower than the original quote. So, I called back to try and get it sorted. Another lovely person answered and assured me they'd fix it, but it would take a week. After some waiting, the new amount was slightly lower than the original quote, which was fine, although the paperwork was a bit confusing. I asked about it again, and yet another friendly person said it was no problem at all. I'm hoping that everything's all sorted now so I can relax for the next 3 years.
Refunded GAP insurance, new policy for new vehicle, registration number update.
Recently, I had to get in touch with customer service at this company to sort out a refund for my old vehicle's GAP insurance, set up a new policy for my new vehicle, and update the registration number because I added a Personal Number plate. I have to say, the customer service reps I spoke to, especially Charlotte and Katie, were really polite, knew their stuff, and were super helpful the whole time. I've been a customer with this company for ages and I've even suggested them to my family and friends for their GAP insurance. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my business.
Recent car insurance purchase
I recently bought car insurance from this company and I must say, I was really impressed by how easy it was to do. The lady I spoke to, Leanna, was so helpful and polite, she really knew her stuff. What I really like about this insurance is that if you change your car before your policy is up, they'll take off any leftover money from your next policy. It's a great deal!
