Large hold case and 2 carry on cases
I'm really happy with the variety of luggage choices and colours offered by this company. The big suitcase I bought has been on loads of trips, short and long ones, and it's still looking great. The luggage's durability and quality really stood out to me. I've also got two carry-on cases that have been reliable and handy for my travels. In general, I would definitely suggest these products to anyone looking for strong and stylish luggage options.

I bought two big suitcases for our family holidays recently and I was really impressed with the choice of styles and colours on offer. They're fantastic - strong, roomy, easy to move around, and surprisingly light. I'm really happy with them.
Broken Zip on New Suitcase
Hey, so I bought this awesome new suitcase not even a year ago and the zip has totally given up on me. Can't even lock in my stuff now which is such a pain! I'm really disappointed with the quality, especially considering how much I forked out for it (over £150, can you believe it?). I checked the repair places on their website and the nearest one is like two hours away - such a hassle. I've sent them a couple of emails now with pictures attached to show them what's wrong, but all I've got back is some generic automated response. Not cool man, I'm a loyal customer and this is not how you should treat me! Definitely not getting bang for my buck with this. My poor suitcase is just sitting there collecting dust. What a let down!
Air Move Spinner purchase
I bought the Air Move Spinner suitcase from this brand not long ago, and I've got to tell you, it's been a total nightmare. I travel a lot for work, so I figured getting a decent suitcase would be a good idea. But this one has been nothing but trouble. The zipper on it was dodgy right from the start, always coming open from the bottom, even when it was locked. It caused me so much stress and hassle during my trips. I had to put up with the zipper opening on the way to the airport and even when I was collecting my luggage. It was pretty embarrassing and really inconvenient, to be honest.
Lightweight suitcases with quality issues
I've recently bought three suitcases from this company for the first time. Among them are the Airconic Spinner and Sunside Spinner models. The Airconic Spinner turned out to be impressively lightweight, which I liked. But I was let down by its fragility, especially when I took it abroad. The retractable handle wasn't working properly right from the start, which was really inconvenient during my trip. I contacted the company in the hope of getting a replacement since they offer a 3-year global warranty. However, they refused and insisted I take it to a local service centre for repair, which might take around a month. This left me feeling frustrated and not sure how to deal with the situation without a suitcase that worked properly.
Shiny new suitcase
I'm really frustrated because my brand new suitcase got damaged at the airport and the company is refusing to repair it. The hard shell has a huge tear and all my belongings were falling out. I attempted to discuss it with them, but they were so rude and uncooperative. I mean, how can they claim it's not their responsibility when my suitcase got wrecked just from everyday airport handling? I'm really not happy with the situation at all.
