    Ordered for cleansers, moisturizers, exfoliators and serums from Bamford based on star rated reviews from customers. It was a good decision doing business with the company. Few days after, the products arrived and they were so genuine and natural as shown by the company on their website. On usage, the products have been effective, solving respective problems being taken. I'm totally pleased with the performances of these products from Bamford. That is to say I'm willing to buy more products from the company and as well as recommending same to others who want to experience quality products as well. Thumbs up for Bamford.

    Defective product

    I recently bought a product that turned out to be faulty. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I found their responses quite confusing and inconsistent. First, they asked me to send a picture of the fault, which I did straight away. But then, the reply I got seemed to brush off the issue and didn't admit there was a problem. It took several phone calls before they finally agreed to send a replacement without me having to return the faulty item.

    However, soon after, I got an email saying I needed to send the product back before they could send a replacement. This mixed messaging just left me even more confused and wasted a lot of my time. Despite my best efforts to get things clarified, I still didn't know whether to return the faulty product or not.

    In the end, I decided to ask for a refund to make things simpler. The inconsistent responses from customer service made me feel let down and frustrated. It's really disappointing as a customer to face these kind of challenges when all you want to do is sort out a problem with something you've bought.

    In-store purchase experience

    I recently went to a store to buy some products that I had seen on their website, but unfortunately, the prices weren't the same. The staff didn't seem interested in helping me and I felt like they were looking down on me as a customer. I left feeling disappointed and unappreciated. I then decided to leave a review online, which the company acknowledged, but their response was very generic and didn't address my issues. In the end, I found the company to be too pricey and not great when it comes to customer service.
