I ordered these glasses and they were meant to be gift wrapped because of a discount code I used, but they didn't do it. When I rang up, they told me they wouldn't gift wrap them because the glasses were on sale. The person on the phone was very rude and just ended the call on me. I spent ages on the phone just trying to get them to gift wrap my glasses. It's so irritating, really!

I needed some medicine urgently and managed to get it really quickly from this website. It was so simple, I just had to answer a few questions and then the doctor gave me a prescription. But when I tried to explain why I needed something different, they didn't listen! I mean, come on, I know my body better than anyone. It wasn't great, they should've at least given me a call to discuss it. Anyway, I eventually got what I needed so it's not all bad, I suppose.

The customizable tools for my policy were really useful because I could create my own policy and add extras that I wanted. There were so many extra things to choose from, which made me think that the basic policy didn't cover much. But I was surprised to see that my renewal last year happened without me giving the go-ahead. This year, my renewal was a massive 60% more than before and included extra things that I didn't remember choosing. This made me redo my policy to make sure it only included what I actually needed. It sometimes felt like they really wanted to sell me more than I wanted, which was annoying. I haven't had to make any claims yet, so I can't say how that process is.

Sofa and ottoman order delay
I ordered a sofa and ottoman from your store back in June, but they still haven't shown up. Just like other customers, I've had delays with my delivery. I've tried talking to Head Office and even got in touch with Jit, who I think is the Managing Director, but it doesn't seem like we're making much progress with fixing the issue. I really liked the product itself, and the staff at the Bath Store were fantastic with their customer service. However, hearing excuses about delivery and manufacturing issues from Jit over and over has left me feeling quite unhappy. At this point, I'm thinking about asking for a refund because waiting this long for my order to arrive is really disappointing.

I recently splashed out £250 on a coat from this shop, hoping it would be a long-lasting and stylish addition to my wardrobe. But, to be honest, I was really let down by the pockets - they kept tearing and falling apart, which meant I couldn't use them properly and my stuff kept falling out. I've picked up better-quality clothes for way less money from fast-fashion stores!
When I tried reaching out to their customer service for some help, all they did was tell me to go back to the store - there was no online support available. I was surprised by this, as I thought the store probably gets deliveries regularly without extra cost. Even though it's not a lot of money, this unexpected charge made me change my mind about buying the trousers. I think Peacocks should think about changing their policy on delivery charges, as I haven't come across this in other shops.

Absolutely never order with easybathrooms. I am currently opening up a small claims due to what I believe is fraudulent behaviour
initially they delivered a faulty shower tray. Then the shower panels arrived without all 3 of the essential dimensions on the boxes which forced us to open the packaging to check it. We had been advised to order the wrong items and they then refused to exchange or refund. If they had printed the essential information on the box no opening would have happened but they have used this as a way of refusing an exchange. To add insult to injury they then charged £60 to pick up the remaining box which hadn’t been opened. Ordered my plants on 13th April. They arrived 3 months later, the magnolia tree in terrible condition and apple tree not much better. Have tried to revive it, but almost has no root system. No progress on my 100s of email messages. I receive regular messages trying to sell more but nothing about resolution. I am disgusted by this company. I wish a dissatisfied customer with expertise and time would suggest a group action.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my two non matching bay trees that were sold as a pair to look the same! For over two months I have been waiting for a reply after I sent photos of the plants and was assured my "Victor" my case was being looked into! Unbelievable. I thought I had seen the last of this terrible company, I ordered in May, eventually after months of being ignored by then, got a refund from my bank via cashback. Now the bank has contacted me to say GE is disputing the refund saying it's a fair charge!!! Gobsmacking. No way are they stealing my money a second time. I have sent the bank evidence (which I thankfully saved from the ticket before they deleted it) so they can refuse their request. Just shocking. Avoid avoid avoid. Will I ever be free of aggravation from this terrible organisation??
I got a cease and desist letter from them as they didn't like the support I was giving to the 130 people on Facebook that were trying to get money back for dead, damaged and undelivered plants and trees.

I also received a bunch of dead plants that this company seems to specialise in and after no response from their useless ticket system, I submitted a chargeback claim via my credit card. It has taken them a few months to deal with my claim but I finally got my money back. Please submit a chargeback claim via your credit card and hopefully if enough people are given there money back this despicable company will start to feel it where it hurts and stop treating their customers with such contempt.
I think they are actually criminals and we should get together and launch a class action against them. I ordered two identical bamboos to create a short hedge. After a long wait just one arrived which was no good to me. They then argued that they'd delivered 2 as that's what it said on the delivery note. I waited a few weeks for the other to arrive and then demanded my money back in full. But they've got a rule saying things must be returned in 14 days - very clever ploy.
Another unsatisfied customer response from me too. I paid £14 for 2 dead white Poinsettias that have just gone in the bin. I am a keyworker and just don't have time to faff about looking for email address of Chris Bonnett and you can't call them on the phone. I tried to put a negative review up on the site but it didn't load. Will never use again.

This company bulk buys reviews so you cannot trust any positive review. On Trustpilot the positive reviews all have 'invited' next to them. In other words, bought and paid for. I am going to follow advice and claim back from my credit card company but I'm still going to leave negative reviews anywhere that I can. People need to know just how bad this company is. I never knew online school could be this easy and smooth.
Instructor was clear, and shows competence. However, I'd love it if I can pause the video to take notes. It is not nice that I can't pause and take note or even rewind to listed to a missed part. Other than those, it was just good.
Actually this is my first day of attending a virtual classes. I found these online training very insightful. Mr. Jonathan Ledden our Leader and Management Educator speaks clearly and with clarity for evey single topic. The presentation i found it clear and very informative. So far those are my feedback and i prefer to send my comment every after the session.

Although, the lesson was rather "speedy". The value is evident, the instructor is clear and easy to comprehend, & the information is detailed & simplistically presented. Excellent. The speed was a lil quick for me. But, with providing a replay and lesson notes, the speed is less of an issue.

I am loving the class so far, I can't wait to complete it ????????. The educator is really trying and I'm understanding her class. The only thing I will ask improvement on is if the Laptop that the educator is using to teach can be zoomed in so we students can see what she's clicking on because some are using their phone and it tends to be tiny. Aside that the class is wonderful.
The teacher was good, very knowledgable, but she talked too fast for us to take good notes. It would be very helpful to repeat important things that we need to know . While I find the topic interesting the instructor speaks very rapidly without pause so if you try to write notes, you miss the next point. In a traditional classroom, the teacher would pause and look to see if the students were done writing before continuing. I suppose with the video available, this isn't insurmountable but it takes extra time to watch the video afterwards. The AI is useless except as a cheerleader. I commented to say I couldn't find video & it commended me for interacting. Not helpful.
On the plus side, the content is well laid out & the instructor is very well prepared with visual aids that complement the lecture. The presenter pronounces some words with a foreign accent (not American-English) that takes a little getting used to but is acceptable; sometimes you may need a pause for translation.I took the Sports Nutrition course Lesson 1 today. It's not hard to understand and some examples to help you. Really got new knowledge from here. Hope it will provide more examples during the teaching. thanks.
I just finished my first day with Shaw Academy. I was able to learn as much information as necessary on our first meeting. So good for a free trial. Might purchase more class soon.

The instructor clearly elaborates the details about the course. Though, a little slow-paced which I think is more of a benefit because I can clearly digest what he is saying.
The class is quite informative and the course content so detailed.
But the instructor speaks so fast and don't give much time to review quizzes.

Bucket spring bulbs
Very, very poor. Nothing like website picture. Contacted customer services who agreed the photo of lack of bulbs and display was poor. Replacement duly sent of scented spring posy in a jug. Very poor and sparse. Tulips gone over and bruised. Will most definitely not be using Waitrose flower service again.
