    I'm a new customer at Single Price and I've placed two orders in the past month. Overall, I'm happy with the products I've received. The quality is good and the items match their descriptions on the website exactly. My only issue is that they don't give the leg lengths for trousers, which is important for me as a tall person when buying clothes.     The service was absolutely dreadful! I thought I'd give it a go and signed up for an account, but it was a complete disaster.     I recently bought a piano from Kenny’s Music and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. I checked out prices on a few different websites and found that Kenny’s Music had the best deal. I managed to get the piano for only £278, including free delivery. I saw the same piano on another popular online shop for £308. The delivery was super quick and efficient; they sent out my order the same day I bought it and I got the piano the next day. Just to give you an idea of how fast it was, I ordered the piano at 5am, it was sent out by 4pm on the same day, and I got it by lunchtime the next day with FEDEX. I really recommend buying from Kenny’s Music.

    Grey sleigh bed purchase

    I was on the hunt for a new bed and came across a lovely grey sleigh bed on a popular retail website. But, when I checked another site, I found the exact same bed for nearly £200 less because of a sale. I thought I'd give it a go and ordered from there instead. To my surprise, the bed arrived in just 2 days, which was pretty impressive considering I live up in the North East of Scotland. The bed turned out to be of great quality, although my husband did have a bit of trouble putting it together. All in all, I was really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others.

    It feels like the people at this store only really pay attention to you when you give them a bad review. I told them about my experience, and all of a sudden I get a phone call offering me a discount voucher - why couldn't they have been this responsive and caring before? It's annoying to think I had to go to such extremes just to get treated like a valued customer. Even though I eventually got a discount and used it to buy a coat, it shouldn't have taken a negative review to get the kind of service you should expect as a customer. The coat itself is good quality, but the whole experience has left me feeling disappointed.

I paid the necessary fees, but my package is still stuck there. The courier service, MailAmericas, hasn't been responding to my messages or calls, so I don't know what's happening with my delivery.     I recently bought a product that turned out to be faulty. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I found their responses quite confusing and inconsistent. First, they asked me to send a picture of the fault, which I did straight away. But then, the reply I got seemed to brush off the issue and didn't admit there was a problem. It took several phone calls before they finally agreed to send a replacement without me having to return the faulty item.

    However, soon after, I got an email saying I needed to send the product back before they could send a replacement. This mixed messaging just left me even more confused and wasted a lot of my time. Despite my best efforts to get things clarified, I still didn't know whether to return the faulty product or not.

    In the end, I decided to ask for a refund to make things simpler. The inconsistent responses from customer service made me feel let down and frustrated. It's really disappointing as a customer to face these kind of challenges when all you want to do is sort out a problem with something you've bought.

    I was really disappointed with my shopping experience at the store. The prices of the items were way too high, and on top of that, they had this extra charge for handling fees which didn't make sense to me at all. The postage fee was already steep, and the fact that returning items cost £6.20 or even more didn't sit right with me. And if you wanted to exchange something, you'd have to fork out for postage all over again. Not to mention, the packaging was pretty shoddy - my plastic mailing bag was even split at the side when it arrived. Overall, the prices for England supporter stuff were just way too much, so I won't be going back there.

    I've tried loads of fancy mascara brands before, and to be honest, they all let me down. But let me tell you, the mascara I got from this place was something else. The Volumizer mascara totally blew me away - it made my lashes look so full and lush, without any of that horrible flaking.     I recently received my new iRossi Infra Red Straightening Iron after having to return it once before due to it being faulty.     So, I decided to go on this tour to see all the amazing places in Turkey. But you know what? All we did was spend ages on a bus just staring out the window like we were on some school trip.     As someone who struggles with ADHD, I've always found it hard to eat well. I thought I'd give this meal prep service a go, and I'm really glad I did. Despite it costing a bit more, the time I save on shopping and cooking, as well as the health benefits and stress relief, make it totally worth it. The portions might be a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but the food is such good quality that it makes up for it. However, for those of us with dietary restrictions like me, it would be nice to have more variety in the meal choices. I often end up swapping dishes to avoid eating the same things over and over.     Recent experience with claims process

    I recently had to go through the claims process and honestly, it was a nightmare. Foyer's requirements for documentation are so specific and demanding that it just makes things unnecessarily difficult for customers. After I submitted a claim, all I got was an automated response that just clogged up my inbox. Then, when it got rejected, I was sent two attachments - one of which was totally unnecessary, and the other telling me what additional documents I needed. But, this information was in a separate email thread, which made it confusing and inconvenient to follow. The references they gave for the claim didn't really make things any easier, and Foyer took at least two weeks to get back to me after I first made the claim. Dealing with the whole claims process has been way more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be.

    CDA ECH63SS chimney cooker extractor

    I bought this new cooker extractor from Boots and it's absolutely rubbish. The hose is really weak and keeps bending easily. The chimney part doesn't even fit properly as there's no lip to hold it in place. It's so loud, even on the quiet setting - it's like a plane taking off in your kitchen. I really wish I had kept the packaging so I could send it back. My advice is to not waste your money on this!

    So, you know, I got this drum kit, right? When I first got it, everything was great, arrived super quick and was amazing to play. But, after some time, the snare drum stopped working and I discovered the cable was broken. Donner sorted out the cable and the cymbal but the snare drum was a problem. They offered me a refund which I was fine with. But then they kept saying they'd send the snare drum, then they said they shipped it but they didn't, it was just more of the same stuff. And then they made me wait for an extra 10 days, which was really frustrating. When I eventually got my refund, it was through a purchase payment that gave me a fee and delayed my money. I had to contact Paypal to fix it, they were the ones who actually helped me out. Donner just kept making mistakes and calling me by different names in their emails. I'm not sure if they really learned anything from this experience.

    I recently bought some children's jewellery from this shop because I saw a really good deal in their advert.
