Bathmate with a small fixable crack
I recently bought a Bathmate, but it got a little crack after a few uses. I got in touch with the company to see if they could fix it or give me a new one, but they said my warranty had run out. Even when I offered to pay for the repair, they said they couldn't help. I was pretty disappointed because I thought a well-known company would have better customer service. It's annoying to spend money on something and then be left on your own when it breaks.
Bath time thing
I couldn't wait to try out my new bath product, but I ended up feeling really annoyed with how long it took to arrive. The delivery was done by DHL and Royal Mail, but neither of them had a decent tracking system or helpful customer service. It got me wondering if the company is even trustworthy. Overall, I'm not very impressed with how things have gone so far.
Used hydro-pump for sale
I recently decided to get rid of my hydro-pump as it's been lying around unused for ages. I figured I might as well try to sell it to someone who could actually make use of it. I put it up for sale online for just $0.10, and was completely honest about my doubts regarding its effectiveness. However, to my surprise, the online marketplace swiftly removed my listing citing copyright/trademark issues, linked to BathMate. I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed that I couldn't even sell something I no longer needed. I guess I should be more careful next time before purchasing a product that might end up being a letdown.
Expensive purchase, faulty product, wrong item received
I splashed out a lot of money on this item, but it's been faulty from day one. I've been going back and forth with the company via email, and they finally sent a replacement. Unfortunately, it got opened by my parents because the package wasn't labelled properly – how embarrassing! To make matters worse, they've sent me the wrong item again! Now they're asking me to return the incorrect item, fork out more cash, and wait even longer without the product I actually need. All I wanted was something to help with my ED, and now I'm feeling even more upset and frustrated. The customer service has been terrible – not a single apology for their mistakes.
