Two separate bra orders
I've recently ordered two bras from this store and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. When my packages arrived, I was surprised to see that they had been sent in two separate deliveries, which meant I had to pay a massive custom fee of €36. I refused to pay that and I've been trying really hard to reach out to customer service. I've tried calling, but no one picks up, the chat has a chat bot that's not helpful at all, and the promised 5-day response time for emails is just not good enough. I'm so frustrated with the lack of communication and efficiency from this company.
New bras
I ordered some new bras online and 2 of them are great, but 1 is really uncomfortable and hurts my boobs! I've been trying to get in touch with the company, but they're not responding, so now I'm not sure what to do. I spent quite a bit of money on these bras, and they were supposed to be good quality. Now, I'm feeling pretty upset and my boobs are sore.
New bikini top purchase
I had a terrible experience trying to get a new bikini top! I couldn't reach anyone on live chat, and my emails were ignored. Plus, they charged me £5 for delivery even though I spent a lot. When I asked for an exchange for matching bottoms, they just refunded me. Now, I'm left with a top and no bottoms. It's frustrating and I don't want to spend another £5 to fix their mistake. I probably won't shop with them again. But where else can I get bras? It's so annoying! 😞
