    I was really disappointed with the football jersey I bought from this online shop. It just wasn't up to scratch - it looked like a cheap copy rather than the real deal. The pictures on the website were misleading, the actual jersey felt like a dodgy knockoff you'd find in China for a few quid. What's more, when I tried to send it back, they charged me a ridiculous amount for the return shipping and didn't give me a full refund as promised.     I recently arranged a meet and greet parking service using this platform, but unfortunately, the whole thing was a bit of a disaster. When I got to the airport, the parking company I had booked with didn’t pick up any of my calls or messages. It was really frustrating as I’d already paid for everything through this platform. Both the parking company and the platform itself didn’t give me any help or information, which was really disappointing. I ended up having to find another parking spot last minute, and it cost me even more money which I wasn’t able to get back. To make matters worse, the platform didn’t give me any details for the new parking company that apparently took over my booking, so I was left feeling really confused and inconvenienced. In the end, the lack of communication, support, and responsibility from both the platform and the parking company meant I had a really negative experience as a customer.

    We've only gone and changed our broadband provider after sticking with the same one for a massive 15 years!     When I bought my ticket, I was a bit nervous because the booking reference in the email didn't match the airline's system. I had to sign up for the company's portal to find the right one. They should really sort out their email confirmation process to avoid confusing customers. But once I got past that, my flight was fine.

    I did have an issue with the Flexible Guarantee Ticket I got. Even though it was meant to be flexible, I still had to pay quite a bit when I tried to use it. This wasn't clear when I bought it, which was annoying. I followed all the terms and conditions and tried contacting customer support through the form, but didn't get anywhere. It was only when I opened a new case directly on the website that I finally got a quick response.

    In the end, I managed to sort everything out and complete my journey without too much trouble. But I think the company should work on improving the user experience and making information clearer for customers. Travellers shouldn't have to deal with so many challenges after spending a lot on their flights. Building trust is important, but it needs a more customer-focused approach.

They asked me to input my phone number for SMS verification to get their app, but when I did that, I got an error message saying something was up with a French number or iPhone. This problem went on for more than two weeks, so I couldn't even get into the app. Plus, when I tried to go on their website on my computer, they told me to download the VRBO app, but then said it wasn't available in my country, France. The whole thing was super frustrating and let me down, especially when you compare it to other sites like Airbnb that work like a charm. And on top of all that, me and my host couldn't even see the reviews that had been left, making the experience even worse.

    Antonioli sells some pricey stuff, but boy, their shipping system is a nightmare. Basically, they only work with DHL for international orders and won't let you change the delivery to a safer pickup point. So, you're stuck waiting around all day for your package, which is a real pain. Other companies let you redirect DHL deliveries, so it's pretty obvious that Antonioli is way behind the times. When I'm shopping, I want the process to be seamless and convenient, but Antonioli is seriously dropping the ball in that department.

    I had a terrible experience with my extra legroom seat purchase with this insurance company recently. My wife and I paid for these seats, only to find out they had been changed without letting us know. On top of that, we had a lot of issues at the hotel we were staying in. But the last straw was when I lost one of my Apple EarPods and tried to make a claim. Even though my policy clearly says that personal belongings are covered up to a certain amount, Axa insurance rejected my claim, saying I needed separate gadget insurance. It's ridiculous! They mislead customers by saying electronics must be insured separately, even though the policy is supposed to cover personal items. I tried to sort it out by getting in touch with both Axa and the insurance company, but they just kept blaming each other, leaving me annoyed and out of pocket. This whole thing has been a nightmare, and I won't stop until it's sorted. I'll be taking this further and seeking help from an ombudsman if I have to.

Luke, the person I talked to, was nice, but the answer he gave wasn't up to scratch. I splashed out over £700 on those tickets but all I got was a template to download and print. That just seemed a bit lacking compared to what other companies like Virgin Experience and Buyagift offer. They give you a nice gift pack, even if the tickets aren't physically included. It would have really made the birthday celebration extra special for my friend.
