    Bra shopping experience

    I just wanted to say that I recently popped into your store to pick up a new bra, and I was really impressed with the customer service. My mum and I weren't expecting to find anything in my size (30F), but to my surprise, there was a great selection available. The staff, especially Amelia at the Liverpool branch, were so helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole thing really easy and pleasant, and she actually found out my correct size, which was different from what I thought. Amelia was really professional, friendly, and patient - I couldn't fault her. After I explained what I wanted, she found the perfect bra for me, and it's honestly the most comfortable and supportive one I've ever had. I also have to give a shoutout to Bex, who was super friendly when we were paying. I'm really happy with my purchase and the top-notch service from your team.

    Bra fitting experience

    I recently went to the store for a bra fitting, and I have to admit I was feeling quite nervous about the whole thing because I was embarrassed about the size of my bust. However, the young lady called Evie who helped me out was really professional and kind. She made me feel at ease and treated me with respect all the way through the fitting process. Evie was patient and gave me plenty of options to try on, from bras to swimsuits. I was really grateful for her non-judgmental approach to my generous bust size. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service skills and for turning what could've been an awkward situation into a pleasant one.     I don't usually bother with leaving reviews, but I had to give credit where it's due this time. I've shopped for lingerie and swimwear from this company a few times now, and I must say their customer service is outstanding. The team has been really helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to help me out with any questions or problems I've had. It's really nice to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and puts in the effort to make sure you have a good shopping experience.     I popped into the shop the other day to grab a few dress and T-shirt bras, and I have to say, it was an absolute gem of a shopping trip. Angelle, the lovely sales assistant who looked after me, was top-notch – so professional and patient. She really knew her stuff and helped me find just the right style and fit, which made me a very happy customer.     I recently bought a couple of things from your shop, splashing out £60 in the process. But I got a bit of a shock when my order turned up today - it wasn't what I ordered at all! I got in touch with customer service right away to let them know about the mix-up. To make matters worse, they told me I'd have to wait another 7 days to get the right order because it had to come from a store and not the warehouse. This got me worried about the possibility of getting the wrong order again. I really need these items for an upcoming holiday, so the delay was a bit of a pain. When you're spending £60 on just two items, you'd hope to get the right things without any problems.

    Bra order mix-up

    I bought a bra from this place and it was a complete nightmare, to be honest. Firstly, I had to go all the way to the store only to discover that my order wasn't ready. Then, when it eventually arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one! There was no apology or anything. The only positive thing was the girl at the desk who kindly assisted me in placing a new order. But honestly, if I had known it wasn't available, I would have just had it sent to my house from the start. What a waste of time and energy, really!

    I popped into a shop in Bath city because I was struggling to find a bikini that fit me well anywhere else. Myra was absolutely incredible! She really took the time to listen to me and made the whole shopping trip so enjoyable. I tried on lots of different styles and sizes, and although some were nearly right, Myra ensured I found the perfect fit. I'm over the moon and so grateful to Myra for all her help. She's a superstar and really knew her stuff when it came to the stock. I left feeling really happy with my purchase.

    I've been trying to find the right bra size for ages now, and it's been a bit of a nightmare. But, when I went to get fitted in the store recently, everything changed.     Charlotte was the bra fitter at this shop and she really knew her stuff. She helped me pick out 2 fantastic bras that are really comfy and fit perfectly. The shop had loads of choices but Charlotte was really patient and made the whole thing easy. It was a great experience overall and I'll definitely be going back for more.

    Super cool team at the store in Cheltenham

    The folks down at the shop in Cheltenham are absolutely brilliant! Gill really gave me a hand when I was going through breast cancer a bit ago, and today Holly was incredibly helpful too! I ended up grabbing a new bra and some matching undies. I was so chuffed about them that I hopped online and purchased them in every other shade available!

    Mastectomy Bra Fitting Experience

    I was really let down by my recent trip to the store. I phoned ahead to book a bra fitting, mentioning that I've had a recent mastectomy and need a prosthesis. They told me they could help, but when I got there, it was a different story. The cashier didn't explain anything properly, which just left me feeling confused and worried. The person doing the fitting didn't seem to know how to handle my situation at all - they gave me bras that weren't right for me at all. It was so disappointing not to be treated with any empathy or understanding, it really upset me and I ended up in tears. The whole experience was a let down, and I left feeling like nobody cared or even noticed me.
