Air purifier purchase
I bought an air purifier from this company not long ago, and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with it. The design is really nice and it fits perfectly in my home while doing a great job of cleaning the air. With pollution levels rising, it's crucial to have clean air at home, and this product does the job really well.
Faulty product needs replacement under warranty
I just can't believe it - I've only had this product for less than 2 years and it's already playing up. The support team takes forever to get back to me, if they even bother at all. I'm honestly still waiting for a replacement under warranty, and this whole situation has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Air filter purchase
I bought an air filter on January 23rd but it stopped working after only 2 weeks. I managed to get a replacement from the same store, but sadly, the new one only lasted a little over a year. Even though the website says there's a 2-year warranty, when I tried to contact the company through their website, I didn't hear back from them at all.
