Lamp for nephew's 18th
I ordered a lamp for my nephew's 18th birthday and you won't believe it - the box was a total mess, it looked like it had been through a warzone! It's crazy, right? I mean, how does the box end up all battered when the outer box is absolutely fine? And on top of that, they couldn't even send a replacement because they didn't have it in stock anymore. The silver lining was that they gave me a big discount, so I guess that's something. I hope my nephew likes the gift and the extra surprise of a card I'll add in.

It was really disappointing, especially since I came all the way from Norway just for the match. My overall experience was disappointing and I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

I ordered some gorgeous flowers for my mum's birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! But, they arrived way too early, can you believe it? Her birthday is on the 16th and they showed up on the 14th. I was hoping they'd arrive on the actual day, not two days beforehand. What's that all about? I wanted them to be a lovely surprise, but instead, they were just early. It sort of took away from the excitement, you know?

I just want to say how disappointed I am with the terrible assistance and customer service I received from this online shop. I ordered some swimwear and accessories, but they never turned up and getting help to sort it out has been impossible. On top of that, it looks like my account on the website has been wiped clean, with all my orders and details gone without a trace. It's made what was already a bad situation even more annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend this site to anyone else for their shopping.

Duvet exchange for larger size plus bedding
I decided to get myself a new duvet and some bedding from that store. When I found out I bought the wrong size duvet, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to exchange it for a larger one and grab some bedding as well. Unfortunately, the customer service there was just awful. They flat out refused to take back the duvet, saying they had no storage for it. On top of that, they had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Needless to say, I won't be going back to that store anytime soon.

I recently bought a hard-to-find tool from this company and I was really impressed with my whole experience. The tool was exactly what I needed and I couldn't find it anywhere else. Birthday flowers
I ordered some birthday flowers from this company not long ago, and I must say, I had a pretty good experience overall. The flowers were absolutely stunning and arrived in top-notch condition when they eventually reached my daughter-in-law. I was a tad let down that they showed up a day later than expected, which I put down to Royal Mail. Despite the delay, I was pleased with the flower quality, and my daughter-in-law was over the moon to get them. Big thanks to the company for sending such beautiful flowers.

I had a problem with a package that was delivered to me by mistake not too long ago. Even though I had bought a few things from S***, I was really disappointed with their customer service. I tried to get in touch with them several times to fix the issue, but nobody picked up the phone or replied to my emails. I don't think this is the kind of service you should get when you buy from a company.

Don't trust the size guide on this website! I believed it and ended up getting a hoody that's as big as a tent. It was Black Friday, so I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned out to be a disaster. On top of that, the delivery cost was high, and I had to pay an extra handling fee. To make matters worse, there are no free returns or exchanges. They want customers to pay £6 to send something back! So now I'm stuck with a choice of keeping a hoody I can't even wear or losing money by sending it back. It's a no-win situation, and I won't be making that mistake again. The website doesn't really care about customer satisfaction, that's for sure.

I bought this marketing device thinking it would give me a 5x return on ad spend, but it was all a con. The company was promoting in a different country than mine, and when I looked at Google Analytics, the clicks they said they were getting just didn't add up. Instead of making money, I ended up losing money on my ads. On top of that, when I tried to get in touch with my account manager, they were hardly ever around. I would definitely avoid that company.

But, I was a bit let down when I found out there were no changing rooms in the store for me to try things on before buying. So, I ended up having to send back a few things that didn't fit. I'm really disappointed with the return process at this company. I can't believe I have to go through so much hassle just to send something back. I attempted to return an item using Evri, but their address didn't come up. Even when I added it myself, there's no assurance it will reach them. Such a waste of money on postage. My experience with the parking service was really disappointing. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lady working from her car in the car park, which didn't seem very professional. Then, when we came back after waiting for over 90 minutes, along with lots of other annoyed passengers, our cars still weren't there. The management didn't answer our calls, and it was obvious that the service wasn't worth the money we spent.

My experience with this company has been totally frustrating. I tried to claim for my gadget recently, and the whole process has been a complete nightmare. It was really hard to even get hold of the claims team because there's no phone number, and they kept asking for things like police reports that don't even exist, and they wanted to blacklist my phone even though other good companies said not to. They even wanted me to get a loss report, and pay for it myself. In the end, they only offered me £75 for my really expensive phone, which is just not on. Honestly, I think this company is a total scam and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

When I asked for more details, they couldn't give me a straight answer. We asked for a refund, but it took nearly 4 weeks to come through. So, we've decided we won't be using their services again in the future.

I bought a wool coat from this company not long ago and I was really let down by the state it came in. The coat was all crumpled up and I had to fork out more money to get it cleaned properly at the dry cleaners to sort out the creases. When I got in touch with the company to let them know about the problem, they were pretty unhelpful and wanted me to send photos. But I couldn't do that as I'd already taken it to the cleaners. Their lack of empathy and bad customer service really got on my nerves and left me feeling annoyed and out of pocket.

But it's been 5 days now and I still haven't heard a peep from them. This lack of communication has really got on my nerves, especially as the return period has passed for the items.

Electric Guitar Amplifier
I bought an electric guitar amplifier from this company recently and I have to say, it was a letdown. The delivery took much longer than expected, arriving a week after the promised 4 days. When I finally got to try it out with different guitars, cables, and even a wifi transmitter, the sound was really disappointing. It was all distorted and unpleasant, like the speaker cone was already blown. Now I'm stuck having to return this defective or possibly used item at my own expense. I must say, this whole experience has really put me off, and I'm not sure I'll be giving Muziker another try in the future.

Beware of the SCAMMERS using the Fonehouse name!
I can't fault anything about Fonehouse, I have never dealt with them and I am sure they are great.
But there are call centers claiming to be Fonehouse, calling themselves fonehousegroup. I have just caught them out now, I knew this was dodgy from the very beginning but still went through with this to see how far they take it. So this is the SCAM, they take your card details, they promise you something but you get something else, once you receive this, they say it was a mistake and make you send this back to one of their addresses, once you send it, you are doomed.
These were the flags I saw from miles away, but continued so I can share the knowledge with you.
- Got them to send an email to me, email was bogus from the very start
- Always check the company details/address, they address the SCAMMERS gave was the same as Fonehouse, I called them and they told me it was a SCAM
- Never give out your bank details if you suspect anything, although I did give them a bank I don't use much
- When the wrong product came, I knew something was up, they said it was sent by mistake, more red flags!
- Do not send the product back, always check where you are sending the product back, I google map checked and street view checked, it was a house, not a store/factory
- Confront the SCAMMERS, tell them about all these red flags, I did this, they tried soo hard to convince me and then hang up
- Call the network provider and report fraud, cancel the contract, get them to give you an address you can send it back so you don't get chargedWhat did they send you? I have been called by them today.

I think i also received a call from these today, im asking for the email because I am generally intrigued.
I feel sorry for the 'not so tech savvy' people who actually fall for this.I have also received many calls. Initially they said they were from fonehouse. In another call they said we are now from mobile.co.uk. They are switching all the time.
I asked them a couple of times to call me in an hour it was always a different person calling me pretending that was the previous one.
Ask them for something crazy like unlimited calls, texts, data and international calls. They will say yes to everything in order to convince you to proceed with the application and give your details.
What I did I asked them to send me an email with the offer they were offering. I gave an old email I had. And the email I received was a proper scam email from an address mobilesco.uk@yandex.com

It’s too bad I saw it late, exactly the same happened to me - only that I sent the phone back and paid £8 for postage as they harassed me so many phone calls! Although, I noticed it was scam from the very beginning but I went along anyway! However, the following day even before receiving the phone, I immediately cancelled the order (I rang my bank to tell them) and the bank cancelled and refunded the upfront payment of £30 that they had tried to take! Luckily it was still “pending” so it hadn’t left my account. Just one question though, the contract wasn’t actually set up, they only managed to get my acc / card details which I cancelled immediately. Would a contract still be under my name? Although, my bank has blocked this payments so future payments can’t be taken anyway. I will have to call 02 and fone house to report these people! Crazy how people try scamming others during these difficult times!

Yeah they got me. Had to phone all the cellular companies to find out who the contract is with, turns out its with Vodafone. Its been raised to their fraud team. I don't know how they created a new contract without a search appearing on my credit file. They also attempted to charge payg fees to my bank account, luckily the bank blocked most and have refunded the one that did go through. And a KFC meal in Pakistan! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he emailed over an 'official' quote confirming the deal, however emailed Fonehouse to ask if this is genuine and what appeared to be a generic response ( must be a lot of enquiries about this) and confirmed it is a scam.
Still, they kept calling but I ignored them until the other day when I said I wasn't interested and he got the right hump as I could have told him earlier!!
