Phone order charge
I'm absolutely fuming - I've just discovered that I was charged an extra £6 just to order something over the phone. What a complete rip off! Honestly, if they're trying to slip in sneaky charges like that, they can kiss goodbye to my future business. I mean, who even does that kind of thing?
Order placed via postal form
I have to say, my experience with this company has been really disappointing. I sent in my order through the post, but since then I haven't heard anything about when it will arrive or any answers to my questions. The email they sent me was no help at all, just numbers that didn't tell me anything important about my order. And on top of all that, the charges for calling them are way too high. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Missing Trousers
I rang them up asking about my trousers but they haven't got a clue. I tried to get a refund but they just ignored me. The reviews said they would reply within 24 hours but nothing. The clothes might be cheap but the customer service is just as bad. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them unless you have the patience of a saint. Just look at all the bad reviews here, it's shocking!
Extra wide size 12 trainers
Oh, what a nightmare! I ordered a pair of size 12 trainers in extra wide and was told they would arrive within 3-5 working days. But to my surprise, by day 10 there was still no sign of my delivery. So, I tried to reach out to them via email but received no response. I eventually decided to give them a call instead. It took a whole 7 minutes before someone finally picked up, only to inform me that the trainers were actually out of stock. This is completely unacceptable, as they were definitely in stock when I made my order.
