Necklace purchase
The service I got from this company was absolutely brilliant. They were really quick to respond to my questions and made sure any issues I had were sorted out straight away. I was so impressed by the way they looked after me and I would definitely tell other people to use them.
Overpriced ring
I bought a ring from this company not long ago, and honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare. First off, the standard delivery took way longer than I thought it would, and to make matters worse, when the ring did eventually arrive, it was the wrong size. I tried reaching out to customer service to sort it out, but all I got back were standard, unhelpful responses - total radio silence. It's been weeks now since I sent the ring back, and I'm still waiting on my refund. The way they've handled everything is just shocking, so yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Awesome stuff
I got some really cool stuff from this place and it was all top quality. The customer service was fantastic as well, they were really nice and helpful. I doubt I'll shop anywhere else after getting stuff from here, it's just that good!
3 piece set
I recently bought a 3 piece set from your store, but after trying it out, I realised it wasn't really what I was looking for. So, I decided to reach out to your customer service team to inquire about getting a refund. Unfortunately, it took them quite a while to get back to me, and when they did, I found out that the refund process was not functioning correctly.
After a fair amount of effort, I managed to return the items on my own. But now, they're telling me that it's past the 14-day refund period, even though it wasn't my fault that there was a delay. I've lodged several complaints with your service team, but now they're saying they haven't even received the items back from me at all. I even suggested an exchange, but sadly, I haven't heard anything back from them.
Overall, the customer service experience has been absolutely terrible, and I'm now left out of pocket with nothing to show for it.Gold chain bracelet and ring set
I was really disappointed with the jewellery I got from this company, despite them saying it was good quality. A few years ago, I bought some gold signet rings from them, but they fell apart pretty quickly from wearing them every day. I wanted to give them another chance, so I ordered a gold chain bracelet and ring set for a friend's birthday, but they never came. I had to ask for a refund, which was a total hassle - it took ages for them to even agree to give me my money back, and even longer for me to actually get it. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I won't be buying anything else from them again. I'd recommend finding a trustworthy jeweller for better quality and service.
My necklace broke
Oh my goodness, I was devastated when my necklace suddenly broke! But the shop was so quick to send me a replacement, and it was absolutely fantastic! I was over the moon with their service, it felt like pure magic!
